"Very good, English breakfast"

"Nie zostaliśmy tutaj w końcu, mimo rezerwacji, i bardzo niezadowolony z procesu (oceny powyżej wprowadzone, więc mogę przedstawić komentarz poniżej). Byłem w pośpiechu, pierwszy raz korzystałem z aplikacji Trip, i był bardzo tanie pokój tylko dla tego hotelu, który pokazywał 4 gwiazdki na stronie Trip. Naprawdę potrzebowaliśmy tylko pokój na noc podczas kolekcji samochodu, więc nie byłem tak staranny, jak zwykle. Oczekiwaliśmy przybycia późno, więc próbowałem zadzwonić, aby powiadomić personel i upewnić się, że nadal możemy się zameldować. Zadzwoniłem do numeru pokazanego, ale to było wyraźnie wielołańcuchowa strona obsługi klienta i nie rozpoznali ani hotelu, ani mojego rezerwacji. Szukałem numeru bezpośredniego, bez potrzeby. Potem sprawdziłem Tripadvisor i zauważyłem, że ostatnie recenzje były straszne. Krótko mówiąc, to jest zbiegły dawny hotel (które miały dobre opinie przedcovid), który został zamknięty przez pewien czas i został ponownie otwarty na "zdalnie zarządzanej podstawie" - wiele bardzo nieszczęśliwych klientów, ale nawet recenzja Tripadvisor nie została jeszcze przeciągnięta przez Obecna wydajność. Niestety "tańsza" cena została dołączona do polityki bez anulowania, więc nie mogłem anulować rezerwacji nawet kilka minut po jej wykonaniu. Zdecydowaliśmy się pozostać gdzie indziej, i bardzo miło nas sortowali po dobrej cenie. Rozumiem, że jestem częściowo winny z powodu braku należytej staranności, jednak sposób oskalpowania szybkiej rezerwacji za tanią cenę, a następnie odmowy odwołania pozostawia bardzo gorzkie uczucie z punktu widzenia obsługi klienta. Mam nadzieję, że podróż będzie lepsza."

"Wspaniały hotel, ładny duży pokój, dobra jedzenia, przyjazny i pomocny personel, dobry parking z mnóstwem ładowarek EV. Z pewnością skorzystam z hotelu ponownie."

"Room was cosy and newly updated. Can plug your phone beside the bed you can sit at the vanity and plug in while you style and do your make up. A regular beer I have with hotels generally. Lovely breakfast. Fab if you’re like me who likes to eat low fat yogurts fresh fruit and juice with lemon etc. just very nice and fresh. Bar was lovely too in the evening. To boot the spa. Loved our stay"

" The hotel is rather dated and tired but the main complaint was the road noise and sunlight from 5am .. I realise it's a very old building and probably not possible to replace the windows but there's not really an excuse for not having a blackout blind and noise reducing curtains..the fundamental function of a hotel room is to provide a decent night's sleep this place failed miserably .. I did bring this up at reception but was dismissed with " I'll take that on board," with neither a solution or apology...on further reflection it's always a tad suspicious when you hand your keys in and are not asked if everything was ok ..and having now had the hindsight of reading many reviews that go back years I now realise that this problem has been ongoing with no attempt to remedy it ...it's a shame as the hotel and staff have some good points which are totally spoiled by what I've outlined above ..."

"Nice little place, not in city centre so nice and quiet. They have an Asda express at the petrol station which is really handy for snacks and drinks. Check in was quick and easy and room was adequate and clean."
