Hotele w: Sanyang Square/Downtown/Railway Station Area, Wuxi

Very convenient location, so close to metro station. The staffs are friendly and helpful! The hair dryer is so good, I will say the best one I have used compared to the other hotels, better than a much expensive 5 star hotel 's hair dryer I stayed in Singapore .

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. There is a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, so finding food and dining options was very easy. The hotel is very family-friendly. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was absolutely amazing — we could see both the sea and the mountains. Our child loved it so much. However, for guests who are afraid of heights like my husband, this might not be the best choice, as it is probably the tallest building in the city. Although the hotel looks like it has been open for many years from the outside, the interior still feels modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of international options. Overall, we had a great experience and were very impressed with our stay.

Such good value for what your get - luxurious huge room, central location and 24hr service and cleaning. The concierge is on the 15th floor and a bit hidden. Note: there’s no gym, pool, room service, buffet breakfast etc but that’s why it’s such good value!!!

Had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient. Carrie and Miss Jiang made check-in really smooth and took care of all my requests. On the first night, the bathroom drainage had an issue, but they responded within two minutes and fixed it - super quick. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Staff were friendly and everything was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a great hotel. We stayed in a themed room, it is without a view. Kind of weird shaped but was good and served its purpose. The location is good and easy to get around. The air condition was not working so for hot sleepers it was a bit frustrating, other than that it was a good stay. Would recommend for the location, service and breakfast was ok.

The location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and patiently answered our questions. We especially enjoyed their breakfast; it had a wide variety and was delicious. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we visit Wuxi.

Location was perfect, 5min walk from MRT which is also an interchange. Attractions very close by. Room was beautiful with good amenities and fully equipped gym. Only downside was the constant horning in the morning by motorcycles downstairs, which is uncontrollable by hotel. They provide ear plugs but recommend to request for room not facing the road. Will recommend this chain and particular branc for the location.

This newly renovated hotel is very clean and has a warm, cozy style. I really liked it, and this room type even comes with a refrigerator. The service attitude was enthusiastic. Jichang Garden was absolutely beautiful, and the hotel is quite close to Huishan Ancient Town. I loved the yogurt bowl for breakfast!

The Reception staff was super friendly. Although they did not know English they always tried their best to communicate and help. It is near a very famous street which is very similar to East Nanjing Road of Shanghai. Room and cleaniness is super good. Value for money.
