Then, during check-in, they said I hadn't made a reservation, then they said I had canceled it. Luckily, this time I placed the order myself, not through a subordinate. Then they said the reservation wasn't made by me. After another 10 minutes of hassle, I finally found out she had received a message from Ctrip but forgot to complete the offline reservation process! I finally got to the room at 5:30. The only advantage was that it was relatively close to the client's site. In summary, it was not worth the price."
