I forgot to swipe my card, and it took 15 minutes to get them to come up and open the door! What kind of service is this?! The room cleaning staff either forgot to provide towels or didn't put in bottled water! When I checked out, the front desk staff had changed, and I kept calling them, but they hung up and kept calling back to ask if I was extending my stay or canceling. This resulted in me being caught speeding and fined 200 yuan for answering the phone!"
