"Our experience at Trishvam, Pondicherry was remarkable from start to finish. The property is superb, impeccably maintained, and wonderfully peaceful. We visited for a family birthday celebration, and everything was arranged perfectly. The hotel was spotless and offered all the comforts expected from a high-end resort. Upon arrival, we were immediately welcomed into a refined atmosphere warm greetings, elegantly served mint water melon and It was an entry truly worthy of a luxury resort, paired with a fabulous view. The staffs were consistently available, attentive, and able to anticipate our needs while remaining discreet and natural. We truly felt well cared throughout..... A huge thanks to the Chef and the F&B team for the delicious food. Chef Mr. Palani’s care and attention—both before and after our excursion—demonstrated a rare commitment to exceptional service. The Resort Manager was highly professional and ensured that every aspect exceeded expectations. In short: a luxurious resort supported by an outstanding team under exceptional leadership. The Shore provided us with the best banquet experience we have ever had."

"We had a wonderful stay at Promenade Hotel, Pondicherry. The highlight of the property is undoubtedly its excellent location right on Rock Beach, offering a beautiful seaside atmosphere and easy access to the promenade. Although a sea-view room was not available during our stay, the overall experience was still exceptional. The hotel amenities were very good, and the property was maintained impeccably—everything was neat, clean, and well-organized. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a great selection of both continental and South Indian dishes to suit different tastes. The staff members were polite, professional, and always willing to help. The check-in and check-out processes were quick, smooth, and hassle-free. As a thoughtful gesture for our couple's stay, the hotel also surprised us with a complimentary cake and coffee, which made our visit even more special. Overall, we had a pleasant and memorable experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pondicherry."

Po długim dniu zwiedzania Białego Miasta, zanurzenie w jednym z ich ziołowych terapii jest czyste błogosławieństwo rodzaj doświadczenia, które odwraca ciało i umysł. "Lovely oasis of calm, boutique hotel in the heart of the White Town. We stayed for 2 nights. We dined at the restaraunt on the first night, the food and ambience was excellent. We also dined twice at their sister restaraunt" La Villa" which had a 7 course taster menu that was excellent and great value for money. They are also affiliated with the bar/restaraunt "The Spot" which we really enjoyed visiting during the day for a drink and spot of lunch in a nice courtyard. Breakfast at Villa Shanti was also good and the staff were all very polite and friendly. Our room was charming and comfortable. We felt the roof terrace area could have been a more attractive area to sit out on than it was it was quite basic and felt a bit neglected but otherwise we found the hotel a great place to stay."

"Room and value for money was great! Very clean and air conditioned rooms in a great location near the board walk. Every staff member was courteous and went out of their way for you. (Shout out to Stephan! Great guy!) Food was absolutely delightful, the bakery downstairs along with the top floor restaurant were so lovely, clean and delicious. The manager is the reason for the lower review. Solo female travellers stay away. He was very inappropriate to my partner. asking her when she would be getting in the pool, asking when she’d go for a drink with him and what time she’d be back at. When waiting in the lobby for the rest of the group to arrive, he’d purposely sit beside the women. Bragging about having 2 girlfriends and a wife. Women seemed like a commodity to him. Overall great but beware female travellers."

"The location on the promenade was great. No proper lobby or reception. A cafe at the entrance which serves as lobby. Rooms with garden view actually have no views. Not all rooms have view and most have partial sea view. We paid for an upgrade to a room with partial sea view. Our room was nice, of standard size. It had really comfortable beds, a small sitting area. The bathroom was slightly smaller but had all amenities. Overall very clean hotel and fantastic staff. The staff were always smiling and friendly. Breakfast was very basic and not great. Better to eat elsewhere. Would recommend this hotel for a short visit."
