I had a very pleasant stay. The service was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff were polite and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing break. The facilities were well maintained, and I really liked the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. I also enjoyed the food; everything was fresh and nicely prepared. The manager, Brian, was extremely helpful and communicated very fluently in English. He gave me great suggestions for places to visit during my trip and recommendations on where to shop so I could fully enjoy the city. I will definitely return with friends, and this will be our hotel of choice. The location is also ideal.

This hotel has a great location, is clean, and feels new. There may be some noise from the balcony, but overall, it’s peaceful and comfortable. The hotel has a garden and a nice atmosphere, making it suitable for families. It’s not far from the city center, with easy access to shopping malls and restaurants, and it’s close to tourist attractions. I found the parking a bit challenging, but it wasn’t a big issue since there weren’t too many guests.

The staff are very nice, polite and sincere. The location is very convenient and safe. Local attractions are nearly with less than $3 taxi fares. The provided breakfast has a lot of varieties and choices, and also are delicious. We enjoyed the stays here. It is recommended.

My stay at this hotel was amazing, thanks to the outstanding service and amenities provided. From the moment I arrived, the staff promptly assisted with my luggage, both when I arrived and when my rides came, and even rushed to open doors for me. I arrived a bit earlier at 11am which is way ahead of the standard check-in time, but the staff efficiently accommodated me, offering a complimentary room upgrade. While I waited for my room to be ready, the concierge added me on WeChat to keep me updated and even reminded me when the room was prepared as I enjoyed my lunch. Additionally, they ensured my luggage was delivered directly to my room without any hassle. One of the standout features of this hotel is its innovative robot delivery service for food orders. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay.

Just a 2-hour drive from Wuxi, I've visited Yangzhou many times. This time I spontaneously booked this hotel. I've stayed at several Yihe hotels in Nanjing, and this Yangzhou one really shows great attention to detail. Renfengli is a less-known historical district but very charming, without the usual crowds. After checking in, an intangible cultural heritage teacher arrived at the hotel to prepare for a sachet-making activity, so I joined in. In the evening, there was also a boat tour on the Xiao Qinhuai River, and the hotel has its own private pier right next door. What really stuck with me was the breakfast. In Yangzhou, it's all about dim sum for breakfast, and this breakfast set happened to be exactly the dumpling noodles I wanted – so filling that I didn't even need lunch by eight or nine in the morning. In the evening, there was red wine at the lobby bar for only 20/glass. I have to say, the value for money is exceptional. You can basically walk to Caiyi Street, Dongguan Street, and Ge Garden. The location truly offers tranquility in the midst of bustle. I'll definitely bring my family to experience it again next time.

This was my first time staying in a courtyard-style hotel, and I loved it! The location is really quiet at night, no noise at all. It's also super close to Slender West Lake and Guandong Street. If you don't have kids, there are shared electric scooters nearby, which would be perfect for exploring on a nice day! The room was quite spacious. If you have a lot of luggage, I'd recommend a ground-floor room, as our room was on the second floor and there's no elevator in this charming old-style hotel, so carrying bags was a bit of a workout. They also offer free-to-use washing machines and dryers. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay!

不愧是原來接待過領導人的老牌酒店，花園很漂亮，房間佈置好，很大很乾凈，上午會有服務員打掃衞生，下午會送酸奶水果，還有特色剪紙。套餐含的雙人餐很好吃，不用出去找飯店，就能在酒店吃到揚州經典的特色菜。早餐種類很豐富，有特色的包子糕點，和早茶店不相上下，還有當地特色的餛飩和麪條，也有揚州炒飯、煮乾絲，豆漿是現磨的很香，還有西園自製的酸奶，奶香味很足。酒店位置在市中心，去東關街、個園、史可法紀念館等景點步行即可到達，晚上出酒店還可以沿運河逛夜景。美中不足的是，飯店後面在施工，朝北的房間白天有點吵。贈送的漢服體驗衹有衣服是免費的，化粧和攝像需另付費用。
