"Great hotel, in a great location, service was great too. unfortunately the rooms could do with a bit of an update, room 12 hot tap didn't turn off properly and kept running, you had to turn it really hard to stop it, beds were very hard, so didnt sleep well, maybe they could offer pillow top mattress toppers, for those that like a softer mattress, also there we no glasses for drinks, had to run to the op shop to get some"

"Brilliant base to explore Yarrawonga and surrounds. While not actually on the river, it's only a short walk away. The big bonus is it is not one of those shoulder to shoulder caravan parks. Nice big blocks. New management run a tight ship, everything spotless, lovely and quiet. Very child and doggie friendly. Highly recommended."

"Loved our one night stay. Older style but very clean and wonderful staff. Courtyard Room was big with king bed and couch. Microwave, toaster and kettle. Tea and coffee supplied. No crockery or cutlery only coffee cups and tea spoons. I knew this through other reviews so brought my own from home. Pool was clean and inviting. I would stay again, great for price. Location is fantastic."

"I was concerned that it would be noisy, next to a main road, service station and large fast food outlet, but the brick construction meant that it was quiet. The rooms have been refurbished, with a quiet air conditioner and the bed is very comfortable with an electric blanket. Hot water in the shower and plenty of it and the microwave, toaster and basic cutlery and crockery are all much appreciated. The work desk is quite small, though if you're not traveling for work, it's of no consequence. It's a small motel with only 10 units on a small plot of land, so parking can be a bit tight - but solved by reversing into the spaces."

"While our trip was golf-focused, we could have played lawn bowls on some of the best grass greens around, played croquet, swam, had a hit of tennis, watched a movie in a real theatre, or just lazed around in the comfortable restaurant/bar area. The grounds were meticulously maintained with maintenance happening regularly during the day. Every single staff member we met, hospitality through to golf, were friendly and seemed genuinely happy to work there. Many other motels should review the room amenities on offer - we experienced a home away from home with the equipment and utensils in the room. No stay is 100% perfect and a minor grizzle would be the firmness of the beds. That's it. I would highly recommend staying there and will definitely be back, sooner rather than later."

"A cosy resort with lots of care by the staff. Bus trips and the cafe, along with the indoor heated pool made this a great experience. Plenty of barbecues, very close parking, renovated units, activities for kids and oldies alike - all help to make this a great holiday. Toby and Stuart put their heart and soul into making it all work, as do all the other staff. We'll be back."
