"We stayed in Fellinger overall nice experience. The staffs specially Armeni at reception and Kausar and the room service man in evening was v nice. Even the lady at the spa was v friendly. They assisted and helped out a lot making stay pleasant. But at the same time I had a v bad experience on 27th morning before 9 am with the man at reception names Gevor I guess. He was v impolite and refused to send a bottle of water even on request . He responded by telling they can only give room service between 2 to 6 pm and told drink water from tap . Well we want bottled water and could have paid also but he refused to send and was v rude . I would appreciate management if they can tell him to behave politely with people specially ladies who are visiting and paying to stay in the hotel. Otherwise the experience was wonderful with other nice staffs."

"Very friendly front office employees. Big and clean rooms, perfect mattresses. Spa with sauna and pool is soulless. Sympathetic lady and a mostly unfriendly man working there and explaining when you have to shower and when not. ☺️You have to use plastic cover for your hair what is not a problem. The entire atmosphere in the spa is like bei g in a rehabilitation clinic. Breakfast is mediocre. Waitresses just clear up when they want to. They love chatting. They should be re-educated in Dubai. For the price you pay all in all it's good. Would come back."

Messier 53 Hotel Yerevan
"I stayed for 4 nights in early August. Messier53 is a decent hotel located at a central yet quiet location. The vernisage is across the road from the hotel and the main square, shopping area and restaurants are 15 mins by walk. The room was ok, decent size but had this massive square pillar which kind of made the room feel smaller than it was. The bathroom was modern but the sink area did not have any place for a hand towel - small detail but it was inconvenient every time I washed my hands. The real issue for me was the air conditioning in the room that was centrally controlled and the temperature did not go below 25-26 degrees. It was really hot in Yerevan while I was there so it was very difficult to get proper sleep at night with the Aircon at 25-26. I had to call the staff a few times - once for an iron, once because the tv didn’t work and couple of times to clean my room. They were always quick to send someone and I never had to wait for more than 5 mins. The breakfast was really good and there were different dishes everyday with tons of fresh fruit. The staff at the hotel was nice and courteous but I would like to mention Ani at breakfast who was just the best. She was friendly and took such good care of me every morning at the restaurant. A big thank you to her!! Overall a nice hotel in a good location but someone needs to do something about the Aircon."
