"This was a terrible experience! Don't stay here! First: a deposit of 200 yuan per room is required (I had already paid the room rate through Ctrip). Second: many hidden charges; you can easily fall into a trap if you're not careful (like the 2 yuan bottled water with a tiny label that you might accidentally open and charge for; disposable bath towels costing 15 yuan with an inconspicuous label; the toilet seat was also quite dirty). Third: three days after checking out, my deposit still hadn't been refunded. When I called to inquire, they said they would deduct 100 yuan because I had moved the sofa from the middle room of the three rooms because my child was staying there. I could have pointed this out when checking out, but they didn't question it at all, and instead, they deducted money from my room—what kind of unfair terms are these? It's not worth 320+ yuan for the room. Terrible, terrible, terrible! I hope other guests will be careful and not get ripped off.
