"The facilities were well-equipped. The lounge was nice, and the souvenir shop was also spacious and good. It was helpful to have cold and hot drinking water on each floor. The hot springs were also spacious and great. It's a shame the pillows were too soft and sank too much."

"I visited this inn with my elderly mother, wanting to enjoy New Year's at the inn. All the staff were white-haired gentlemen, and everything they did was smart and kind, and I was impressed by their warm hospitality. The New Year's food was also very colorfully presented and delicious, and the composition of the food and the use of the dishes were wonderful. We had a peaceful and enjoyable New Year's. It was an inn that I would like to visit again in a different month."

"The hotel has no elevator. It is very inconvenient to get luggage up and down during the ski season. They say the elevator is under repair, but in fact they are just rebuilding it. There was basically no explanation for children when they checked in, and they were charged the same fee as adults. It was very unreasonable. The butler of Ctrip helped to deal with the problem very patiently, but I felt that the hotel was perfunctory in response. It was disappointing. I will not choose to stay in this hotel in the future. But thank the butler of Ctrip for their patient coordination again."

"I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days, using the Zao Eboshi ski resort. The snowboard rental shop and convenience store were nearby, so I was happy. The food wasn't bad. It might not be the most delicious, though. The food service staff were Bangladeshi and worked hard. The hot springs were perfectly warm and lovely at night, but the open-air bath was too hot to use in the morning. It must have been around 44-45 degrees Celsius. Maybe it varies from day to day."
