"Curious to receive this questionnaire when we cancelled our stay 10 days before the scheduled date asking if not a refund at least a postponement for serious medical reasons with a certificate from the hospital provided ... the intermediary agency having asked us for this certificate leading us to believe in a refund for such a serious cause and moreover, 10 days before the date ... You refused any arrangement, testimony of your understanding and your empathy for a loved one between life and death ... Easy for you to resell the room in 10 days and moreover, for the Pentecost weekend..; you will understand our satisfaction (!) for your establishment and difficult to understand that you are still asking us what we think of your hotel: everything is said and today's request, totally inappropriate, for our appreciation when we did not come ... proof that the management of your returns also leaves something to be desired, it does not make us want to know you !!!!"

"What an amazing find, we where very happy staying here. Rooms are fantastic, just as shown in the pictures, clean tidy, spacious, large bathroom minibar in the room with reasonable priced items. Check in was very easy and we left our bags as we where early, staff very helpful checking us in and offering directions of places to visit. Hotel located close to town, stations and eateries, we had a great base for exploring Zaragoza. Breakfast was good, plenty of items to choose from, good selection of food and coffee (via a coffee machine). The hotel is superb itself, not dated, not in need of updates its just perfect. We didnt use the in house restaurant as we ate out in plenty of the others in the area."

The service is good, the room is a little small, and the facilities are not up to the standard of domestic four-star hotels. Overall, it is satisfactory, and it is very close to the train station, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center."

"The hotel is well-equipped with amenities like a kettle, and it's conveniently located with many local shops nearby. The cathedral is also within walking distance. The hotel offers valet parking, which isn't cheap at €27 for 24 hours. When we went to pick up our car, the front desk attendant made a mistake and brought the wrong one, causing a delay of over ten minutes. The breakfast was plentiful, but there was no à la carte option; it was a standard four-star offering. We only stayed one night, and during the day, there was a lot of noise from renovations on the same floor, as shown in picture 3."

"The staff's service has always been top-notch. This is our fourth stay at this hotel. On two occasions, we've received a room upgrade. The facilities are a bit older, but the renovations are noticeable. What surprised us the most was the breakfast. The quality has improved significantly; it was exquisite. We don't recall previous stays where the breakfast was anything exceptional, but now it definitely is."
