"The lady at check-in was not unfriendly, but did not give the impression that you are welcome as guest. I had booked a double room Executive and declared that I would like a room that is not next to the lift. After checking in I went up: room right next to the lift. So I went back to the reception and asked for a room which is not directly on the lift. Then the lady gave me a standard room to the street. I went back to the reception and advertised. She said that it would be a executive room. Unfortunately, the room was standardly small, was not corresponding to the pictures on the booking page and was not marked as such. (Otherwise she stands at the rooms Executive room or in the Floor Executive Floor) She has tried it, or doesn't know it better, but for 30€ more I pay, I find it a fairy. When booking a drink ticket was praised. At request (optional, there was no), the lady then looked about 4 minutes in the computer if I booked on the hotel's own website or not. I showed her my booking because she probably couldn't find out that. Lastly, I'd be in the room next to the lift, which I didn't want (the alternative would have been a overpaid standard room). The room itself was in order. Unfortunately no recommendation for Zwickau."

"Bardzo ładny, prosty, ale przytulny hotel. Podróżowaliśmy jako rodzina i nie spędziliśmy dużo czasu w hotelu. Dla tych, którzy potrzebują tylko miejsca na nocleg, to idealne miejsce. Największą zaletą hotelu jest jego lokalizacja. Hotel znajduje się w najbardziej centralnym punkcie samego centrum miasta, dosłownie obok placu centralnego i katedry. Pokoje są dość małe, bez lodówki, ale na krótki pobyt zalecam pobyt w tym hotelu."
