Leisure facilities (pool, spa, gym, sauna and stream room) are very good and hotel guests can access anytime. Dining area is lovely. Rooms are also really nice decor, though the basic room has only a double bed rather than a king. Breakfast was okay - no choice of different breads and fruit a bit limited but otherwise fine.

The Lemon Tree was in a great location, easy to find and a short walk from town. Staff were all very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and shower was good. Breakfast was delicious, a little long to wait for it but it was cooked fresh so well worth it.

Hairs in the bath, all doors to the rooms slam closed which causes people to be woken up. A lot of loud guests but I know you can’t control the shouting. Overall not a bad stay but I would say there is room for improvement. (Also one of the door room numbers was hanging off like a scene from faulty towers)

GGuest UserI THINK ROSSETT HALL HOTEL WOULD BE IDEAL FOR CONFERENCES, BUSINESS TRIPS AND SHOPPING TRIPS AS IT IS SITUATED VERY CONVENIENTLY BETWEEN WREXHAM AND CHESTER. THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND EVERYTHING IN THE ROOM WAS IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER AND THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED, OUR ROOM WAS VERY COLD DESPITE THE HEATERS BEING ON, BUT WHEN WE MENTIONED THIS AT RECEPTION WE WERE GIVEN AN EXRTA HEATER AND WERE SOON WARM. BREAKFAST, AND OUR EVENING MEAL AT OSCAR'S BRASSERIE WITHIN THE HOTEL, WERE BOTH FINE. HOWEVER, IF THE VIEW MATTERS TO YOU, I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU CHECK THE VIEW FROM YOUR ROOM WHEN YOU BOOK. ALL WE COULD SEE FROM OUR ROOM - ROOM 10 - WAS A RED BRICK WALL AND IT WAS VERY DEPRESSING!! BECAUSE OF THE WALL, THE ROOM WAS QUITE DARK. THE ONLY OTHER NEGATIVE POINT WAS THAT, ONCE MADE, THE BOOKING COULDN'T BE MODIFIED AND NO REFUND WOULD BE GIVEN IF IT WAS CANCELLED. MANY HOTELS ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL UP TO 48 HOURS OF THE DATE YOU WERE MEANT TO ARRIVE WITHOUT BEING CHARGED AND THAT GIVES .YOU PEACE OF MIND!

GGuest UserGreat hotel, stayed in a spiral room which was very comfortable. Some nice touches in room including great choice of tea/ coffee and some sweets to munch on. Spa really good and not so busy. We ate in the palm restaurant and had carvery which was amazing and reasonably priced. Free car parking although very busy on the Sunday due to wedding and Sunday roast guests. We will be back as staff were amazing and overall experience was superb.

BBOVery nice small hotel, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, breakfast is about 6 pounds for one person, there is parking lot at the door, the stairs upstairs is a bit narrow, it seems that there is no elevator, we brought two big boxes to get the building fee Strength, the hotel is located next to the road, there is a little sound at night, but it does not affect sleep, in short, it is not bad!
