Location is very good, right next to JR station, there is a mall next to it. Hotel is very clean, staffs are very friendly. We stayed in summer, was assigned the top floor room, so the room was a bit hot during the day time, it was ok during the night time.

Decent hotel but the price is quite on a higher side comparing to room facility. Spacious room which is not easy to find in a local hotel chain in Japan. Amenity is basic. Bed and bedsheet are average and not so comfy. Hotel is very well located, close to the Takachiho George, walkable (20-30 mins) but should also consider your ability to walk up and down. Quic and easy checkin and out process. Hotel has free parking.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The location was convenient and easy to access. Overall, it was worth the price, and I would stay here again.

The building has a history, and you can feel its age in places. The staff were very helpful and polite. The location is also convenient for accessing the downtown area, making it ideal for enjoying Miyazaki's cuisine while keeping accommodation costs down.

Perfect for Families - Spacious and Comfortable! We stayed in the residence-type room and it was perfect for our family trip. The room was very big, giving everyone plenty of space, and it felt more like an apartment than a standard hotel room. It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Mango Hotel for families looking for a spacious and convenient place to stay. Used automated check in and out service hence can’t realky review the service.

Surprising good Hotel for an ”Inn”. Although it's self service check in but their staff stood by me all the way to make sure I had no questions.

Hotel is located just right in front of the ocean with private beach and summer pool. Rooms are a bit outdated but well kept over the time. very good hotel for summer holiday.

安いのにすごく綺麗でとてもよかったです。 急遽泊まったんですが、丁寧に教えてくださりスムーズにチェックインできました。シャワーの水圧も申し分なく、トイレはウォシュレットもついており、普通のホテルといたって変わりなかったです。また、お弁当も1人一つ付いてきました。おいしかったです。アメニティも充実しており、洗濯機や自販機もありました。また利用します。

It took some time to check in and hotel reception (3 person only) considered small for such big hotel. The indoor onsen were crowded for both site (different capacity). The gym and indoor swimming water were good to use during this period. Drying machine for swim wear was great to use. Suite was bigger than expected. Enjoyed the stay very much.

The location is far from Miyazaki Station. It takes about 20 minutes on foot. If you need to take a bus to several sightseeing places, it is available nearby. The price includes breakfast but it only consists of two rice balls and miso soup. The room is spacious and new . There are many restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area. However, the air conditioner is noisy and does not function well. Amenities in the room must be collected from the reception even basic items like a toothbrush, comb, sleepwear, and mineral water are not provided in the room.
