„Obiekt jest położony niedaleko stacji Shin Osaka, co czyni go bardzo wygodnym. W pobliżu znajduje się Lawson, onsen i pralka – wszystkie te obiekty znajdują się na terenie hotelu. W okolicy działa głównie biznes, więc nie ma tu zbyt wiele atrakcji, ale w pobliżu znajduje się Daiso i ogromny sklep z artykułami codziennego użytku. Idealne miejsce na zakupy na ostatnią chwilę, ceny są również niższe niż w drogeriach itp.”

„Hotel znajduje się w pobliżu centrum Dotonbori, blisko Don Donki, i w odległości spaceru od Shinsaibashi i Namba. Jest 7-Eleven na zewnątrz, a także bez podatku sklep narkotykowy, który jest bardzo wygodny. Wejście i wyjazd były zarówno szybkie i gładkie. Możesz zostawić bagaż w hotelu, ale jest to na własne ryzyko. Mam nadzieję, że następnym razem będą lepiej dbać o bagaż, podobnie jak inne pobliskie hotele. Nasz bidet w szafce wodnej nie działał prawidłowo podczas naszego pobytu. Super Twin Room był czysty i przestronny, co docenialiśmy. Jednak mamy nadzieję, że poduszki mogą być trochę bardziej fluffier, ponieważ były dość płaskie. Byłoby lepiej, gdyby były dwa poduszki zapewnione na łóżko do dodanego komfortu”

„I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport! The location is absolutely unbeatable — it’s directly connected to Kansai International Airport, making it incredibly convenient for early flights or long layovers. No need to worry about taxis or long transfers — you can walk straight from the terminal to the hotel with ease. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well‑appointed, with great views of the airport runway and surrounding sea. The beds were cozy, and the soundproofing was excellent — I was able to sleep well despite being so close to the runways. There’s a great selection of restaurants and cafes right onsite or nearby, so finding a good meal was never a challenge. Whether I wanted Japanese cuisine, something casual, or a coffee before heading out, there were plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful, especially with luggage storage and checking flight times. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth and efficient. Overall, Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport is perfect for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and easy access to the airport. Highly recommended! ✨”

„This boutique hotel stands out amongst the older architecture in the vicinity. A nice boutique hotel with well maintained facilities. Room was big and spacious, with four huge beds for family of four. Quaintly designed, with a homely feeling. Location is fairly good, although off the grid of downtown Osaka, but fairly easy to get to by way of Metro, with nearest station just a 3 min walk away. Service is impeccable, rooms made up every two days with refresh of towels, water and toothbrushes daily. Very comfortable stay.”

„The hotel's location is right in the heart of Shinsekai, also just a few minutes' walk from the metro stations. Housekeeping is provided every four days, but the staff clear the trash and replace the towels daily. Toiletries such as toothbrushes and other essentials are conveniently available in the lobby for guests to take as needed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.”

„What a surprise that Hotel Nikko Osaka is kind of 5 stars services to us . A welcome warmth anniversary chocolate gift box on the table when we walk into the room. The room might look tiny but not really I can tell that. They have smart design on the long couch sofa with ample space below , thus we can open up luggage and put under the couch sofa . So smart and Neat design! Overall service is 5 stars like . They have plenty of counter with fluent English speaking staffs . No worries for foreign who can't speak Japanese. Highly Recommend to purchase room with breakfast along . They have provide both Japanese style and Western mix Japanese style buffet at different level . We have tried both restaurants for the different breakfast days . Overall Experience is superb ! Last but not least , we managed to purchase way bus ticket from Hotel to Osaka Kansai Terminal Airport that limo bus services by the Hotel Nikko !!! So convenience for us once again !!!”

„We stayed at Tokyu Stay Osaka-Hommachi for two nights during the Osaka portion of our trip coming from Tokyo. This was my fourth time in Japan and my first traveling with my toddler, so efficiency and convenience mattered more than ever with his ADHD. This is very much a business-style hotel, and it delivers well in that category. Guests receive a complimentary two-hour voucher to a WeWork-style coworking space located upstairs near reception, which includes internet access and unlimited drinks and snacks. For business travelers, that’s a strong value add. I would come here again by myself. While the staff were not fully fluent in English, they used an advanced real-time translation system displayed on a screen at the front desk. Pretty cool. It translated conversations instantly, which was impressive and made communication smooth. The staff were friendly and professional. The interaction felt slightly less personal due to the language barrier, but that’s understandable. The complimentary coffee helped bridge that gap. 24 hrs staff as well. One standout feature was their handling of our luggage forwarding from Yamato Transport. The hotel received our forwarded suitcases and held them before check-in, then delivered everything directly to our room. This was extremely helpful because we arrived from via Shinkansen, continued on to Kyoto and Nara to visit the deer and temples, and only returned to the hotel later that evening. Not having to carry luggage through multiple cities made a huge difference. Those elevators are tight! During this Osaka leg, we visited Nara Park and Todai-ji Temple, enjoyed observatory views at Abeno Harukas 300 and the Umeda Sky Building, and took a day trip to Kyoto to see the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest and Fushimi Inari Shrine. The hotel is about a 5–7 minute walk from three subway lines and is well positioned for accessing major attractions across the city. If you want to be more central try Namban or Umeda. With days averaging 12,000 to 15,000 steps, we often grabbed food nearby or I ordered through Uber Eats, which is surprisingly affordable compared to U.S. pricing. Options within walking distance included Matsuya, Yoshinoya, Saizeriya, and even high-end omakase sushi spots. The in-room washer/dryer was another major convenience since we packed light and relied on doing laundry mid-trip. Really wished there was a kitchen area though with dishware and utensils. Overall, Tokyu Stay Osaka-Hommachi is a practical, well-located choice for travelers who prioritize efficiency, transit access, and in-room laundry. It served as a solid home base for an active Osaka itinerary. I would come here again.”
