The hotel looks beautiful! Even if you don't go anywhere it would be enjoyable. The location is great as it's attached to Menara Mall so everything you may need is nearby. I visited with a friend for my birthday and arrived to a very beautifully arranged room with Happy Birthday cushions and even found a cake in the room in the evening! It really made my day and I am already planning to go back! We used the spa and had a nice luxury treatment as well. The staff were very accommodating and managed to book us in and the laundry service was also very speedy. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. The host is incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We also had the wonderful opportunity to try a traditional Moroccan-style breakfast prepared by the host, which was absolutely delicious and a truly memorable experience✨✨

This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

Highly recommend any travellers to Marrakesh to stay in this raid! It is walking distance to most of the attractions and the hospitality from this raid has been amazing! Staffs were very friendly and helpful too. The breakfast provided was amazing too! What you see in other reviews with regards to the mouldy bathrooms, I personally feel that it’s all part of the aesthetic of the raid. Apart from that, we loved our room in this raid as it was really clean and cosy!

We didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.

We had the pleasure of staying at Riad Jibril during our visit to Marrakech, and what a delightful experience it was! Our host, Iheb, truly deserves the title of a legend. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, he made our stay memorable. Whilr it may not be a 5-star hotel, it provided a unique and authentic Moroccan experience that exceeded our expectations. The riad itself, with its traditional architecture, was clean and inviting. The highlight was undoubtedly the serene terrace, a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. One evening, we indulged in sheesha on the terrace, a delightful experience that only cost us around 70 MAD. We also had the pleasure of dining on the terrace, where we enjoyed delicious tagines at a very reasonable price of 60 MAD each. The chef's culinary skills were truly impressive. The breakfast served each morning was traditional and homely too! What made our stay truly special was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Iheb and the staff. We arrived as guests but left feeling like friends. We were even befriended by the two adorable resident kittens, Sofia, the long-haired tabby, and Leena, the ginger kitten. Their presence added an extra touch of charm to our stay. The location of Riad Jibril was perfect, and the camel in front of the money exchange served as an excellent landmark. The riad was on the opposite alleyway, second door, making it easy to find. We especially enjoyed its proximity to Kasbah, near Zeitun Cafe, a favorite spot of ours to visit at night. The lantern-lit terrace at the cafe provided majestic views that made our evenings even more memorable.

Absolutely great experience in old style. Beautiful building run by friendly people that were always ready to help. Small but cosy rooms that were kept clean everyday. Very good breakfast! Really was sorry to miss one because of early departure for a trip one day. All staff always smiling, helpful and ready to brighten your day with mint tea (even late in the evening). Very communicative, I enjoyed having some small chat with them everyday. They also have spa and hammam that was nice to try after one particularly wet and cold day. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone!

I love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

It is located right next to the sea and Madina. The restaurant offers a nice view and serves very nice food. The hotel is family-owned and the owners make great efforts to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The only downside is that the air conditioning is very noisy and the auto stop-start feature wakes you up all night. Additionally, the bathroom needs updating, and guests have to carry their bags to the first floor reception.
