Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt! Die Lage ist hervorragend – in nur wenigen Minuten ist man mitten in der Altstadt und der Fußgängerzone, und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und von guter Qualität, sodass der Tag perfekt starten konnte. Die Zimmer waren sauber, groß und sehr gemütlich, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch die Parkgarage war ein großer Pluspunkt und sehr praktisch. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt, wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen!

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr begeistert. Alle gewünschten Ziele waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, die Bahn direkt vor der Tür – einfach ideal! Der Pool am Abend bot eine willkommene Entspannung. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Lautstärke im großzügigen Frühstücksraum könnte etwas angenehmer sein. Aber wo viele Menschen sind, ist die Geräuschkulisse eben entsprechend.

Ogólnie, widzę różnicę między popytem/ceną a rzeczywistością. Hotel był ładnie odnowiony, ale pokoje są bardzo małe. Wnętrze jest bardzo ciche, ale brakuje czegoś w atmosferze (musienia tła? ...). Usługa nie na 5-gwiazdkowym poziomie (bsp nie był nam w żadnym momencie zaoferowany pomoc z naszym bagażem, nawet nie, Kiedy pracownik przypadkowo poszedł na ten sam krzesło). Lokalizacja jest górna. Ale cena jest zbyt wysoka.

Pokój jest dobrej wielkości, łóżko bardzo wygodne, łazienka niestety ma tylko wannę. Jest ekspres do kawy i czajnik. Wszystko było bardzo schludne, sprzątanie pokoju tylko na życzenie, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna 🤗 Śniadania bardzo urozmaicone, duży wybór pieczywa, dań ciepłych i zimnych i co najważniejsze dobra kawa.

Ssalvalasilvia The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

GGuest UserVery good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning. If checkout is at 11 a.m., guests shouldn't be disturbed in the morning.

GGuest UserThe hotel room is modernly furnished. I personally missed a small fridge and a coffee/tea maker in the rooms. The spa area is very nice, although the pool water is quite cold. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness is also good. However, I was personally shocked by the extremely worn seating in the dining area. It is cheeky of the management to expect guests to sit in such seating. This urgently needs to be changed.

GGuest UserI was pleasantly surprised by the room in Adina Hotel. The room was very large, estimated to be about 40 square meters. The room equipment is very high-end, including an electronically controlled stove, a built-in oven, a dishwasher and a front-loading washing machine. The TV has many channels and rich programs. The decoration of the room is very new, probably only about 2 years ago. The hotel is very close to Leipzig train station, and it only takes less than 10 minutes to walk with your suitcase. The hotel's room service is also good. I will choose hotels with the same name in other cities in the future.

EEskeifWe were given a room with one double bed although my reservation was two single beds. The lady on front desk was impolite. They said we don’t have room only one. That one was for people with disabilities the toilet was too high and there was no bathtub. My reservation was with street view and you can see in the photo the view we got.
