Wszystko było wspaniale, wyspa piękna, a widok na morze cudowny. Ale proces płatności był okropny, bezczelnie naliczyli mi za dużo pieniędzy, co całkowicie zniszczyło całe dobre wrażenie, jakie miałem wcześniej. Jestem dobry z angielskiego i ciągle się z nim kłóciłem. Opłata za pokój została zapłacona online, więc nie mogli jej pobrać. Jeśli nie skorzystali z transferu łodzią motorową, na pewno nie mogli jej pobrać. - Tylko 8 USD podatek środowiskowy był potrzebny w hotelu za noc, łącznie za 4 noce. , 4X8=32, ale druga strona nalegała na pokazanie 33 na rachunku. Pokazałem również angielską wersję zamówienia Ctrip, a druga strona przyznała że podatek ten wynosił 8 dolarów amerykańskich za noc, a cena lodów i coli spożywanych w innych sklepach wynosiła 15 dolarów amerykańskich. 32+15=47, łącznie 47 dolarów amerykańskich. Druga strona przeliczyła na kalkulatorze i dostała 47 dolarów amerykańskich, ale odmówiła zmiany rachunku. Zapłaciłem 100 dolarów amerykańskich, ale dostałem tylko 52 dolary amerykańskie. Rachunek nie został zmieniony na 48 dolarów, więc ręcznie zmieniłem kwotę na 47 dolarów, ale druga strona to zignorowała i nalegała na pobranie ode mnie 48 dolarów. Co mogę zrobić? I had an amazing stay at Cinnamon Velifushi for 9 nights and 10 days. We booked an ocean water villa, which offered breathtaking views and direct access to the ocean. The villa was spacious and well-furnished, with generously sized bathrooms and toilets. The food was exceptional, offering a wide variety of options. The staff were outstanding—very cooperative and gentle. One recommendation, however: - There is not much to do at night after dinner. It would be great if the resort offered hookah/shisha and additional activities for the evenings.

Stay here for 4days 3 nights. Once arrived jetty, the girl called Kiran serve us and lead us to villa. They did informed us earlier about the renovation and no sea view for sea view room. Kiran is mostly on night shift but she is very kind and helpful. She can understand your need and help us did the dinner table decoration for Birthday night. They provided the drone shooting with stingray, we experienced it and quite recommend. Room is clean, staff there also will ask if we need room service, the mattress are thick, air con is cool enough, mineral water can get easily outside the room. They did provide welcome drink and cool towel. Bathroom is prepared with shampoo and body shower but there is no toothbrush and toothpaste (need to prepare ourself, but if they can improved is good). Room also have a mirror and one inside the toilet. Hair dryer provided. Overall is perfect. One thing unsatify is about the mosquito, the reception counter and the cafe area have a lot of mosquito, hopefully they can provide the mosquito repellent spray as the mosquito is really affect the mood and environment. The food that they provide is nice, morning is buffet style and dinner sometimes is food ordering and sometimes is buffet. Maybe can improve on this by print out a memo before dining time so everyone alert with the arrangement today but not told by staff on the spot of ordering food. The day we left have to take the morning flight and very nice of them they prepared us the packed breakfast. I strongly recommend this villa as i really value their service and hospitality, very staff in their cafe all service with smile.

Big thanks to Shariq! My sis and I are not really good at snorkelling, and he encouraged us a lot and even practice with us in swimming pool before getting into the sea. Foods are great but have to wait, so better let them know your ordering before starving XD.

We were picked up at the Velana airport after an overnight stay at the local island, with transfer fee of $40 USD per person to take the speedboat to Fulidhoo, where Kinan Retreat is at. After alighting from the jetty at Fulidhoo, it's a short 5 mins walk to the Retreat. Welcome drinks and hot hand towels were offered. We missed the morning excursion trip but decided to go for it the next day. The room provided can have an extra bed for $15 USD. Fulidhoo is a small local island but it's the favorite hangout for stingrays and nurse sharks. You will be able to spot these lovely creatures around the shore, especially near evening time when there are people who start feeding them. You will be able to get up close and even touch them, but with caution. We went on an evening fishing trip that cost $45 USD per person, inclusive of a BBQ dinner for the dishes that were caught. On the next day before leaving for our resort island stay, we took the excursion trip to see dolphins, snorkeling with nurse sharks at SharkPoint and went turtle spotting, all these for $40 USD per person. Underwater videos were captured and shared by WhatsApp. Great service by the counter lady Shahidah. I will recommend this Retreat to visitors, and you will not be disappointed with the time spent on the island.

To był nasz pierwszy raz w tym hotelu i na Malediwach. Jedzenie jest po prostu 10 na 10. Wszystko jest bardzo smaczne, różnorodne, dania się nie powtarzają. Nie ma ich wiele, ale wystarczająco dużo. Zawsze znaleźliśmy coś do jedzenia dla 3-letniego dziecka. Personel jest bardzo pomocny, dobrze sprzątali, przynieśli wszystko, o co poprosiliśmy w ciągu godziny. Willa ma wszystko, czego potrzebujesz, ale jeśli chcesz umyć stopy, wchodząc do willi, możesz poprosić o wiadro, ale byłoby wspaniale, gdyby był prysznic do stóp. Rafa była interesująca, ale nie widzieliśmy rekinów i żółwi. Jest dużo ryb, trzeba trochę popływać, a podwodny świat ożywa. Na wyspie są jasirit, nietoperze, gekony, czaple i oczywiście kraby. Dziecko było zachwycone. Dla dziecka były zajęcia w ciągu dnia: rysowanie itp.

Spędziliśmy w tym hotelu trzy noce. To ciche i przytulne miejsce na rodzinne wakacje. Personel jest niezwykle pozytywny i pomocny. Po przyjeździe przywitał nas pracownik hotelu i pomógł nam zanieść walizki do pokoju. Dostaliśmy powitalnego drinka i zimne ręczniki. Oprowadzili nas po pokoju, a następnie odprowadzili na plażę. Pokój był czysty i sprzątany codziennie. Śniadania i kolacje były w formie bufetu, ale jedzenie było pyszne. Snorkelowaliśmy na plaży i widzieliśmy mnóstwo pięknych ryb i krabów na brzegu. Przy wymeldowaniu pomogli nam zorganizować transfer na kolejną wyspę.

Если вы планируете отдых на Rakeedoo, то вам надо только в этот отель! Управляет данным отелем молодая замечательная семья, они настолько искренне клиентоориентированы, что вы будете окружены их заботой и вниманием до самого отъезда, и потом еще долго будете вспоминать их гостиприимство. Есть много локаций, где можно посидеть, почилить, полежать под шум волн и небольшой морской бриз. Ужин, обед происходят прямо на берегу. Вечером приплывают скаты и иногда акулы. Рекомендую посетить экскурсии. От рыбалки мы получили особое наслаждение, хотя в обычной жизни не рыбаки. Жалею, что не ходили ежедневно. Трансфер с аэропорта надо запрашивать у отеля. Обещали, что в будущем будет масаж, чтоб вечером можно было еще порелаксировать телом.

It was an amazing stay. Sotte was really nice and considerate, took us to to turtles and nurse sharks and arranged speedboat for pick up. It was absolutely wonderful experience, hotel room is comfy and spacious, food was nice as well. 10/10
