The Hotel Location is easy to access and lots of good food & salon amenities around it. Likewise, the Hotel Room is clean and tidy. The Customer Service is friendly & courteous. Also, I would like to compliment their Technician Staff having good fast response who came to repair our Card Slot System immediately when we notified them that our room has no more power supply due to the faulty card slot system. Keep up thwbGood Work!

Everything was excellent staying with comfort king bed, nice local & Western breakfast, cleaning room and super view from our room, Recommended and for sure I will book again for next trip cos my families also love to stay here again.

First time experiencing fireworks throughout the night (hari raya is round the corner) in the comfort of my room at the highest level of the hotel - great plus point. Also happy with YouTube/Netflix on the TV. Conveniently located across the street from hiap joo and about 500m from komptar/jb city square. Away from the crowd at CIQ but with ease of access to the place too. Downside is there is no free WiFi and the fridge did not allow my ice cream to remain in its solid state. Aircon is not the coldest but there is a ceiling fan to curb with heat. Basic toiletries were supplied. Also appreciate how staff were stationed at the doorstep and provided some security sense especially if late at night.

Mixed Experience – Good Service Recovery but Initial Handling Could Be Better I recently stayed at Holiday Villa Johor Bahru City Centre and had a mixed experience. For the first two nights, we suspected the room was not properly cleaned as both my husband and I experienced continuous sneezing throughout the stay. I reported this to the front desk after the first night, but no action was taken or escalated. Unfortunately, we had to endure a second uncomfortable night before I raised the issue again to the duty manager. I must commend the duty manager for her prompt and decisive action — she arranged an immediate room change, which made a significant difference. This level of service recovery was appreciated. However, it is unclear why the initial concern was not escalated earlier by the front desk, which could have prevented unnecessary discomfort. On a positive note, when I fell sick during the stay, the front desk staff were thoughtful enough to send porridge and warm water to my room — a kind gesture that I truly appreciated. The hotel’s location is very convenient, and the breakfast selection varies daily, which is a plus. A special mention to the egg station staff — they were consistently friendly and attentive, handling every request with a smile even during busy periods. Check-out was smooth and efficient. Overall, while there were some lapses in initial handling, the service recovery and certain staff members’ efforts stood out.

Poza tym, miał również sofa dla dwóch osób, co jest dobre dla dzieci, ale dorośli prawdopodobnie nie będą dobrze spać na nim. Próbowaliśmy śniadanie Canteen, a tom yum bee hoon jest musz-try. Kochaliśmy również BookXcess i wrócił codziennie. Mieli promocję: kupić 4 książki i uzyskać 1 za darmo, a darmowy jest najtańszy. Cena rezerwacji jest stosunkowo tańsza (wiele starych książek. Rozsądna lokalizacja, jest w pobliżu Tuas, więc można wziąć Grab, ale nie jest to najbardziej wygodne. Ogólnie, 9/10. Wrócimy ponownie

Recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Comfortable room, comfortable bathroom, everything clean. The best part is the TV has Netflix, even though you have to log in with your own account. Enjoyed watching while lying down. Staff, from reception to cleaners, are all friendly. There's a lift, so no worries if you have elderly parents. Can bring a wheelchair. Parking is also spacious. Can repeat next time 😄

The room was clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed with a modern and elegant style. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was clean and functional, although it does not have a separate wet and dry area, it was still easy to use. The in-room amenities and tea/coffee area were neatly arranged, with coffee, tea, and bottled water provided. The location was excellent, making it very convenient to get anywhere. Overall, the stay was comfortable and relaxing, offering great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again.

trip time: 16feb-17feb 2026. As a rider, I didnt expect the security guard to be so friendly and polite during my trip. i arrived at the hotel to verify whether there is motorcycle parking. yes indeed , even for motorcycle - i could just use the roadside parking but probably due to my phobia or unfamiliarity as a foreigner with the place. So, SGreans welcome over here, is safe! Despite not booking the hotel at that point of time yet, the security remain polite and patient when i try to ask for shelter as it was raining. Yes, once inside the lobby, i immediately went to buy drinks for the guard and book a room immediately. well , i book through 3rd party app seems to be a increase in 10+ sgd but is fine can afford it - moral of this sentence is book early. The receptionist is welcoming, smiling:) They speak fluent English, wasted should come work in SG. facilities wise considered sufficient- didn't manage to use their facilities . spacious room which includes a working desk, mini chair. what they emphasize was their pillow, was more comfortable than their hardened bed. given 4 pillows just for 1 person. yes, i slept on the pillows instead of bed. for those that driving or riding, this hotel is very accessible via the highway. less than 100-200metres away. shopping facilities and eateries are all nearby.
