My recent stay at The Westin Himalayas was nothing short of spectacular, offering the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and the breathtaking serenity of the mountains. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a sense of calm that truly defines a Himalayan getaway. A special commendation must go to Mr. Niraj, the Restaurant Manager. His presence made every meal a delightful experience. He effortlessly combined professional efficiency with a genuine, personal touch, ensuring that every guest felt valued and cared for. It's clear he leads his team with excellence, creating a dining atmosphere that is both sophisticated and welcoming. Similarly, Mr. Shubam at the front desk extended a wonderfully warm welcome, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. His friendly demeanor, quick efficiency, and genuine desire to assist made the check-in process seamless and pleasant. He truly made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the doors. Delicious Culinary Delights And let's talk about the delicious food! The culinary offerings at The Westin Himalayas are outstanding. Each meal was a delightful journey of flavors, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. The quality and presentation of the dishes were consistently excellent, making dining a highlight of my stay. A Truly Memorable Stay: Overall, The Westin Himalayas delivers an unforgettable experience. The combination of its amazing location, the unparalleled serenity of the Himalayas, delicious food, and most importantly, the incredibly courteous and attentive staff—especially the personal touches from Mr. Niraj and Mr. Shubam—creates a truly exceptional stay. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next visit.

I was wonderfull stay breakfast was awesome and Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was quite cooperative.

This was the fifth hotel I stayed in, in this current trip to India, and it was by bfar the least satisfactory. Truth be told, it was the cheapest, too, but I did not choose it solely for the price; it had a lot of great reviews. The day I arrived I was chocked, because it looked run down: paint coming off the bedroom walls, stained walls and floors on the bathroom, stained towels and bed sheets. I believe the towels and bed sheets were clean, but they looked dirty from the stains. Most serious hotels would have discarded them. In fact, this hotel feels more like a hostel (a run-down hostel). I couldn't believe that it had so many positive reviews on Trip.com. Lots of people giving it a ten! Crazy! And very suspicious! I should have read the negative reviews more carefully, because all the warning signs were there. Anyway, I can't in good conscience reccomend this hotel, and I feel bad for the staff, because they were friendly enough. The owners should make major investments in renovation. Finally, I shouldn't forget to mention that the bedroom had a door window, but with no view, except for the wall of the building next door. So, no view and no sunshine getting into the room. The location is good, as far as the attractions are concerned, but the hotel street is very noisy. If you go, ask for a room away from the front.

We stayed at Spellmount Hotel during our family trip to Kausani, and it truly cast a spell on us. The panoramic views of the Trishul, Nanda Devi, and Panchachuli peaks from the room balcony were simply breathtaking, the kind of vista that makes you pause and just take it all in. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm for the hill station weather. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. They helped us with fantastic local recommendations that made us feel right at home. They also have interconnected rooms for families and that was a hit for my daughter. The location is ideal, peaceful and away from the main road bustle, yet close enough to explore Kausani's tea gardens and viewpoints. Mornings here, with a cup of tea and that uninterrupted mountain panorama, are worth the entire trip. We travelled as a multi-generational family including elderly parents and a young child, and the hotel made it comfortable for everyone. If you're looking for a serene Kumaon getaway with stunning views and heartfelt hospitality, Spellmount is an excellent choice.

We had a very comfortable stay at Auradoon in Dehradun. The hotel is nestled on the foothills of the mountain range, offering breathtaking views of the hills right from our room. The location is awesome — peaceful and scenic, though a bit farther from the main town. Dehradun city center is easily accessible by taxi or private car, which made exploring convenient. The rooms were great and spacious, with beautiful front-facing views of the hills that made every morning special. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the property — everything felt fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They promptly attended to all our needs and made us feel truly welcome. Special mention to Chef Himanshu — he was very caring and personally offered us some of the tasty dishes he had prepared. The breakfast was varied and delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients every day. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway near Dehradun with excellent service and great food. We'll definitely visit again!

I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is extremely clean, comfortable, and completely free from any unpleasant smells. The housekeeping team does an excellent job maintaining the rooms and common areas. The bed was very comfortable, and I had some of the best sleep during my trip. The hotel manager and staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Most of the staff speak English, making communication easy. Even for those who speak limited English, they always try their best to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of options to enjoy during my stay. I would also like to compliment the security guards, who were very friendly, and made me feel safe throughout my visit. The location is another big advantage. There are many shops, restaurants, hair saloon and banks within walking distance, making everything very convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience. Clean rooms is the best, great food, excellent service, and a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again.

Incredible service and hospitality. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My room was bright and clean and comfortable. I needed a quiet room and the manager, Manglesh, was incredibly accommodating. Every day he made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast is great with lots of options, including fresh fruit. The servers were all friendly and helpful especially Aman who was great at remembering my order.  I also had lunch at the restaurant and the customer service was just incredible. Aman and the manager took really great care of me.  The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping were also wonderfully helpful. (As a woman traveling alone, I am always quite pleased when there is a woman who can help me too. Many thanks to Kiran for her cheerful service.) The GM was available too and kindly willing to helpu if I needed anything.  It is a great hotel with a great location (right next to Parmarth Ashram and very near the Beatles ashram) and the staff make the experience truly wonderful.

After 2 days of work visit to Kashipur, I decided to stay closer to Pantnagar airport only for the night and booked Radisson Blu in Rudrapur town. And it was a pleasant surprise right from the time I entered the hotel lobby late afternoon. The modern hotel property is maintained extremely clean and professional by the team. Right from the check in formalities handled by the front desk staff and guiding me to my room and the evening dinner at the restaurant and finally to arranging a wonderful breakfast at 6.45 AM ( before the actual restaurant opening time of 7 AM) made me feel delighted to have stayed at Radisson Rudrapur and with a plan to certainly stay here during my future visits. Thanks to the entire staff and specially to the F&B manager Hapin Sahu for personally guiding through the dinner selection and ensuring my comfort.

one of the finest properties you can find in hills. location is absolutely perfect away from maddening mall road crowd but also not too far, just few minutes away. staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness. room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards. property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months. food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced. each staff is very polite & humble. property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill. property approach is easy & not too steep, easily ***ageable with any car type.
