„有自己的停車位，有餐廳。對於我這種差旅的來説是合適的。同時也是附近最高的建築了。景色不錯。服務三星半，因為點個前菜把我薯條給忘了，點個牛排説了三分熟結果做成7分熟。廚子會做麼？那牛排都煎幹了。要不是太累了吃完就想去休息，真的要噴一下。而且就兩個人的情況下我等了30分鐘。幾個菜一起上。西餐是按順序上的，怎麼這個都不會了？難道還要我一個國人來教他們？😂”

„A very enjoyable stay at the Moat house as usual. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food was good and gardens were well cared for. It was lovely to watch the Swans and other water fowl around the Lake.”

„Excellent welcome service; Immediate next to WaterWorld, decent room size and nice decoration but have no cooling A/C; quite a small swimming pool and jacuzzi been sealed off; excellent stream room which is sufficiently hot and wet; limited choices for dinner and breakfast.”

„We stayed in the Keele Courtyard for 3 nights 27-30 December 2025, close enough to the village of Woore where our son hosted a large family gathering - 15 in all of which we are the parents of 3 and grandparents of 7. We found most aspects of the hotel to be very good - very helpful and obliging staff, a spacious and well-appointed room with a large very accessible bathroom. The generous bed was perhaps a little soft for our taste, with pillows that were too large/over-filled to be completely comfortable, again not to our taste, however we slept without too much 'distress'!! Our main disappointment was breakfast. We dined at 7.45am on our first morning as we had a 9am church service to attend and there were few others in the restaurant. The 'heated' plates were cold, and without exception, every cooked item (an acceptable selection available) in the chafers was tepid if not cold and greasy. The fried egg yolks were solid and unpalatable. The generic plain yoghurt was of thin consistency and tasteless. The unlabelled marmalade, (if that was what it was?!) had no flavour and might even have been apricot jam ... There were plenty of cereal, pastry, Danish, roll, fruit, cold cut options etc. and the fruit salad and compote were delicious! The bread for toasting was basic and there were no uncut options to enable a choice of thickness. There was a seeded loaf, already sliced, available near the pastries, etc. which made delicious toast but could perhaps have been available for individual guests to cut more thickly? The coffee from the machines was good, with a varied selection of choices. In order to have a cup of tea, it was necessary to 'dunk' a teabag in a mug - yes, very much what many tea- drinkers do in their daily lives, but surely the availability of small stainless steel tea pots near the hot water is not beyond the imagination of an organisation like Marriot? Tea tastes so much better if allowed to brew in a teapot before being poured into a cup or mug! Perhaps these comments will allow Marriot to review some of their Buffet Breakfast practises and improve the quality of the experience. May I conclude by saying that we have had worse and better - but are still looking for perfection ... ! Thank you for this opportunity to air my feelings. ************.”

„The place was very clean with all the necessary things provided . Hong was very helpful and helped me a lot with check in, regular cleaning and check out. The only problem is it’s very noisy and disturbing at night with people coming in and out otherwise a good place to stay for short term.”

„It was really comfortable to have the opportunity to stay in a town house like this for a business trip. The lady who checked me in was a Hong Kong immigrant, very gentle and polite, and spoke fluent Mandarin! The room was clean, tidy, and hygienic! The kitchen was available for use, with simple Western breakfast. There are also beautiful scenic hiking trails nearby, which is very convenient. All in all, I'm very satisfied, and I'll book to stay here again if I have a chance to visit clients in the area!”

„Really nice hotel. Very clean and rooms and beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite and parking was available free of charge. We stayed for breakfast and that was nice, standard breakfast consisting of both hot food, pastries, cereals, bread, fruit. I especially liked that they had paper bags available to grab and go. The location was right for us as a 1 night stop off through our journey but there is not much in the area if staying longer”

„Piękny czysty hotel, pracownicy byli witani i szybko zakwaterować dodatkowe łóżko dla naszego pokoju na życzenie. Jedzenie było szybkie i bardzo smaczne, choć bardzo wysokie ceny. Pokoje były idealne rozmiary, bardzo czyste i łóżeczka były bardzo wygodne. Zostanie tu jeszcze raz.”
