I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The restaurant was excellent, and every meal was delicious and well prepared. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax. Most of all, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always making me feel welcome. Thanks to their hospitality, my stay was truly enjoyable, and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

This is the second time I stayed at Ramada Encore in Thamel. I was not wrong to choose it again. Absolutely everything is good here ... the staff, the room,the breakfast (oh my, sooooo good), the location, the friendliness of every single employee, from the door in. A special recognition to Nikhil in the reception, whose service and support with a sincere smile is as comforting as the sunshine on an early autumn morning. And to the staff and therapists on the spa where I took a couple of massages that were superb. Kathmandu is a beautiful, yet hectic city. Thamel even more, so to have this oasis to come to after a long day wandering around or trekking is something to treasure. In my case, this is even more meaningful as I left all my stuff to go hiking on the Himalayas for several days, coming back to the hotel with the certainty that I was going to be happily and truly welcome. Again, I was not wrong. Thank you for making a difference and for understanding what the word service means. I will certainly choose you again and again every time I come back to this unique Kathmandu I learned to love. Namaste, 🙏🏼.

I recently booked Sara Sadan Hotel in Kathmandu for my parents, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hospitality and clear guidance provided by the staff were excellent. My parents were very comfortable during their stay and were truly happy with the service. The staff were extremely friendly, respectful, and always helpful. Restauracja Skyline jest najpiękniejsza o zachodzie słońca w tym hotelu. Przezroczysta, szklana podłoga pozwala podziwiać wszystko pod stopami. Wielu mieszkańców również się tu stroi i przychodzi, by podziwiać widoki warte miliony dolarów. Jeśli się tu zatrzymasz, możesz również zjeść śniadanie w formie bufetu w tej samej restauracji. Korzystałam z basenu i sauny na 9. piętrze. Personel jest tam bardzo uprzejmy i przyjazny. Poczuj się tam jak królowa! Pokój jest super czysty i pięknie pachnie! Jestem pod wrażeniem klimatyzacji. Uwierz mi, to rzadkość w Katmandu! Wszystko jest bardzo dobre od samego początku do końca pobytu. Oferują darmowy transport na lotnisko. Gorąco polecam zarezerwować ostatnie noce w Nepalu i cieszyć się relaksującym wieczorem!

Superb service from this hotel! They offer free pick up service so I have no worries to travel from airport to hotel around midnight. Their breakfast is fantastic, their staffs are very helpful, one of the staffs even came and asked if I need any bacon and he cooked on the spot for me. I booked a deluxe single room but I get a twin bedroom which is much more spacious. Lovely atmosphere, great location in the city, the street is quiet even though nearby the busy Thamel street. The hotel manager, Mega, is super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Very clean comfy room, and well located within the Thamel area. As for the service, 5 for the hostel staff Rupak, who was extremely helpful and responsible (with all measures making sure I was the owner of my luggage before returning it to me when I lost the luggage tag); that said, I’m not fond of the person-in-charge at the travel agency under the same company, who turned rude upon knowing I’m not gonna use his service on the last day.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to Nepal. The quality exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat after long days of exploring. The location is absolutely fantastic – right in the city center, which made it incredibly convenient to walk around and shop for local goods in town. What I particularly loved was the proximity to several Chinese restaurants nearby, all offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. The staff truly made our experience special. They were friendly. They were kind enough to store our luggage while we went on our EBC trek.

清潔でよいホテルですが、窓が開きません。それはかなり息苦しく耐えられないものでした。 ホテルにキャンセルを申し込みまましたが、キャンセル時間の前なのにできないと言われ仕方なく宿泊することに…他の部屋ならバルコニーがあると言われて、18000も多く払うことになりました。 一度キャンセルして、その部屋を取り直ししたかったのですが叶いませんでした。よけいに高く支払うことになり残念な旅行になりました。ホテルとサイトの連携が全く機能していないのが残念です。

Extremely wonderful hotel 15 minutes walk from the airport. Everything was sparkling clean, comfortable, and I always felt well taken care of. The gym is well stocked and has a great view of the city. Breakfast was another highlight and included many delicious Nepalese, Indian, and Western foods. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind, helping me call taxis for a cheaper fare than the tourist rip off price, and they also helped me store my luggage overnight while I went on a yoga retreat. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!!
