It is a capsule hotel, so it is less private than a regular hotel, but more so than a hostel. You have a partition, so other guests can't easily see you when sleeping. Now, this is on the 14th floor, and the view is pretty good from the lounge. It's pretty easy to book, and has a decent bed, charger and tv. I didn't see AC controls in the pod, but it cooled down at night. Also, bring earmuffs and sleeping aides if you are easily bothered by other people making loud noises when you sleep.

Co więcej, Ctrip zapewnił profesjonalną pomoc w rozwiązywaniu wielu drobnych problemów, co było bardzo uspokajające.

Good hotel for a short stay in waikiki. The location is great right in the center but the fact that it is just above a nightclub is a downside as you can quite hear the music until 2 or 4 in the morning. The staff is helpful and the hotel provides beach gear for free which is great

I specially booked this hotel to watch the fireworks on Friday. The location is really a plus, and it is very close to the fireworks beach. The sea view room has a good view. Outside the window is the yacht dock, and there is the sea in the distance. The night atmosphere is full. Next to it is the Hilton Resort. The surrounding environment is very comfortable. There is also the largest outlet nearby, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. I am very satisfied with the overall experience.

Świetna lokalizacja. Pokój był przestronny i czysty. Poprosiliśmy o suszarkę do włosów, ponieważ w pokoju jej nie było. Personel hotelu nie mógł niczego dla nas znaleźć, powiedział, że wszystkie pokoje są zajęte i że nie ma już suszarek do włosów dla nas; i po prostu nas odesłał.

Personel w holu i sprzątający pokoje są uśmiechnięci, śniadanie jest wliczone w cenę, a hotel jest w rozsądnej cenie, położony tuż przy plaży Waikiki. To wspaniały hotel, w którym zatrzymują się również załogi Korean Air.

We stayed at this hotel from October 29 to November 4. Overall, the staff was polite and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided — which we appreciated. However, several issues significantly affected our experience. First, the accessible bathroom we specifically booked did not match the photos. There was no handheld shower head, which was important for us. Second, the mirror in the hallway was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with visible streaks from a wet cloth — quite unpleasant for a hotel of this level. I also reported that the faucet in the sink splashed water everywhere, soaking the countertop and the floor. I was told the issue would be checked, but nothing was fixed throughout our stay. The two-faucet system used to regulate water in the bathroom was also very inconvenient, and we consistently had problems with unstable hot water pressure. A separate major issue was the parking. I prepaid and reserved parking for 5 days, but on the second evening all the spots were already taken, and I was simply instructed to park in a different building nearby. This was extremely inconvenient — having to carry things from the 3rd floor of another parking structure and waste additional time. It turned out that even if you pay in advance, your parking spot is not guaranteed — anyone from outside can take it. So you pay, but end up without the service you were promised. Overall, the staff tried to provide good service, but the organizational issues, maintenance problems, and poorly managed parking system seriously reduced our comfort. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Co najważniejsze, lokalizacja była fantastyczna — tuż po drugiej stronie ulicy od hotelu znajdowała się plaża. Widok na morze z balkonu był absolutnie oszałamiający; można było leżeć w łóżku, obserwując surfing, zachód słońca i słuchając śpiewu ptaków na banianach — czysta błogość. Na dole był supermarket ABC, a za rogiem popularne lokalne sklepy z poke i japońskimi kulkami ryżowymi. Spacerując na północ główną ulicą, dotarliśmy do centrum handlowego i różnych restauracji. Było to niezwykle wygodne — wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, było w zasięgu ręki. Hotel oferował różnorodne atrakcje, a szkoła surfingu znajdowała się po drugiej stronie ulicy, co ułatwiało zapisanie się na lekcje o każdej porze. Gorąco polecam zajęcia o 7:30 — mniej tłoczno, lepsze fale i mniej słońca. Ten hotel jest doskonały; gorąco polecam!

Apart from being given a room with two double beds, not a queen, it was all good. No cockroach like we saw in other hotels.
