• The Japanese staff at reception was great—very helpful and friendly. • Room was clean with standard amenities, but no toiletries (e.g., toothbrush, shower cap, cotton buds). • No bottled drinking water provided. • Location is close to the metro. • Surrounding area felt a bit unsafe—unfriendly neighbors, dirty streets with a lot of trash and bad smells.

Wystrój wnętrza hotelu nawiązuje do stylu z połowy XX wieku. Zarówno pomieszczenia ogólnodostępne, jak i pokoje gościnne są bardzo czyste i zadbane – należą się brawa zespołowi sprzątającemu za ich znakomitą pracę. Jednak obsługa recepcji wymaga znacznej poprawy. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że wystąpił problem z systemem komputerowym recepcji. Jedyna osoba na recepcji wyraźnie wiedziała, że ​​goście czekają na zameldowanie, ale nawet nie podniosła wzroku. Zamiast tego, przez pięć minut mamrotała coś do siebie, nie zwracając na nikogo uwagi. Podczas dzisiejszego wymeldowania poprosiłem inną recepcjonistkę o paragon (lub jakikolwiek dokument potwierdzający, że opłata za pokój została w pełni uregulowana). Jej zachowanie było wyjątkowo niegrzeczne i bez ogródek powiedziała mi, że nie mają prawa wydawać takiego dokumentu, nawet e-mailem. Chciałbym po prostu powiedzieć tej pani z recepcji: proszę nie traktować gości jak ignorantów. Po tym, jak stanowczo wyjaśniłem, że potrzebuję dowodu zwrotu kaucji, w końcu, choć niechętnie, wydrukowała mi go. Personel recepcji w hotelu Hilton Brussels ewidentnie potrzebuje lepszego przeszkolenia. Niestety, wydaje się to powszechnym problemem w Europie – nawet w hotelach z wyższej półki personel obsługi jest często słabo przeszkolony. 酒店內部裝潢是mid stulecie風格,公共空間跟客房環境都相當整潔乾淨,給清潔團隊一個讚！但櫃檯人員就有待加強。抵達入住時櫃檯電腦似乎出問題,櫃檯唯一的一個服務人員知道旅客們在等入住,連看旅客都不看一眼,就低著頭自顧自一直碎碎念長達五分鐘.今天退房時請另外一位櫃檯的人員給我一張收據(我有註明或是其他證明房間款項結清的文件都可以），人員態度非常差的跟我說:我們沒有權利給你這份文件，連用電子郵件寄送也不行。只想跟櫃檯這位小姐說不要把客人當**好嗎？後來我又據理力爭說那我需要押金的取消證明,她才勉勉強強印出來給我。布魯塞爾希爾頓酒店的櫃檯人員訓練有待加強, 但這好像是歐洲通病,歐洲就算是高檔酒店的服務人員都欠訓練.

Lift didn’t work when I arrived , the next day they got it fixed . But the day I arrived after a long journey I had to carry two of my bags two floors . Than air conditioning was not working. I had to keep the windows open to get donevfreg and cool air otherwise it was suffocating  But the room size was decent , it was near to railway station, it had good halal food nearby and room was clean

Dotarliśmy do hotelu dość późno w nocy, więc musieliśmy zadzwonić dzwonkiem do drzwi. Przyjazny pracownik natychmiast podszedł i pomógł nam w procesie zameldowania. Po wejściu do pokoju byliśmy mile zaskoczeni — pokój był bardzo przestronny, a łazienka równie duża. Ciepła woda była doskonała, a klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu, utrzymując w pokoju przyjemny chłód. Jednym z atutów był piękny widok z pokoju — mieliśmy wyraźny widok na Dworzec Centralny w Brukseli, który był szczególnie urokliwy nocą. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, mieliśmy wspaniały pobyt. Pokój, udogodnienia i obsługa przerosły nasze oczekiwania.

Check-in is from 4pm. It was written at the entrance that the gate code for the entrance would be sent by email, but it had not been sent. There were several people who didn't know how to get in like me, and one of them ended up calling the hotel. Then a staff member came out and we were able to get in. The explanation and system for how to get in are sloppy. The reviews said that the rooms were moldy and dirty, but the rooms were clean and there were towels, so there was nothing in particular.

Nie całkiem w centrum, ale można tam chodzić w 20 minut. Kocham Sauna na 25 piętrze z wielkim widokiem i może ciepło polecić restaurację (Iris), która ma ograniczoną menu, ale wszystkie dania na niej są bardzo dobrze przygotowane (jeść naszą drogę).

This place is super clean and top notch, reviews don’t do them justice. We were so impressed, convenient and excellent

Here are some details that the hotel could manage better: 1. Water pressure not strong enough 2. Only 4 hanger hooks on the bathroom door, not enough and far to get the clothes after shower. 3. Artist decor shelves look cool, but not practical for travellers. We need a work desk instead. The tea table is too small for two people to dine, and not even great for doing work. Socket is far, and you will need a 2-3m cable to connect your it to your laptop in the sofa area. 4. Check in process took an hour to be done, but there is no chair for the check-in costumer. The city tax was mistakenly collected. When I showed the prepaid proof, I was asked to send an email to the company to ask for file an investigation. Later in 15mins, I got immediately refund after I asked of if I should contact my travel agent. The room keycard failed to access the first room. It took the receptionists to figure out the solution and I got a new card for another room in 15mins. The efficiency was very low and not smooth at all. 5. We went back to the room after feeling cold stepping out of the hotel around 10am. Later found out two housekeepers started to vacuum the floor and clear the bathroom. We wanted to change our clothes and use the toilet, but they don’t understand. The lady went in and out the bathroom showing impatience and long face. We felt disrupting their work, and we could only get changed in front of the housekeepers in the living room and excuse the lady to let us use the toilet. 6. I once swam in a pool with more than 20 people. It was super crowded. What’s the point of making appointment of using the pool? Besides of the aforementioned, there are still something I like. + There are not many hotels offer pool in Brussels. This hotel has a cool pool on the rooftop with sun baths on each side, and wonderful city view in the both sides of terrace. The pool design is great. + Check in place is in the 2nd floor, bigger than in the lobby of the building. The bar, waiting area and 4 check-in desks are connected in the same area. +Quick lift - It will bring you directly to the floor you press for +The basic room is very spacious and cosy. I enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet all day.

It was a very good hotel. Good staff clean rooms and good amenities. Also bus stops are at a 2-3 min walking distance. There a restaurant near by but not many options are available. We did not try food from hotel. Even after you check out you can keep your luggage at reception and explore city without the worry of carrying your bag. Only downside is that, hotel is far from the city centre. There is a direct bus that takes you to the city centre and it takes approximately 40mins reach city centre.

Conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to get around the city and the bathroom and room were quite clean. However, despite locking the door and hanging the “Do Not Disturb” sign, the cleaning staff entered our room early in the morning. And the toilet flushing system was bit unreliable, sometimes not working properly.
