Excellent hotel in wuhu. Convenient.just next to. Shopping mall. Hotel setting is very new and clean. Very comfort

We had to drag our luggages from the main road through the old street to the B&B without any help offered by the staff. And after check out, we had to ask for the staff to use a small trolley to help move our luggages to the main road, which demonstrated a lack of initiative from the staff in providing good service. Did not feel particularly warmly welcomed by the staff. Location-wise, it is good as it is right in the middle of the old street, very near to the river street and Laiyang old street. Breakfast was also so-so only. When I asked for fried egg, I was plainly told head boiled eggs are available.

From the moment I arrived, the customer service at the Shangri-La Hotel in Hefei was impeccable, with staff anticipating every need. My room was a sanctuary of cleanliness, where every surface gleamed and the linens were freshly pressed. The attention to detail extended to the immaculate pool and wellness area, which provided a truly luxurious escape. This hotel masterfully combines warm hospitality, an unbeatable setting, and flawless upkeep for an unforgettable stay. Western breakfast buffet and their buffet dinner was dangerously delicious 🤗. Very impressive with the front desk services. Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚. A goodbye gift for us as we leaving. We are having a great time staying in the hotel. The view from our room is fantastic, lake view and part city view. This hotel will be our first choice if we visit Hefei in the future.

Very nice hotel, rooms are comfortable, bed was huge! Also unlike other hotels, they easily managed my check in the middle of the night even though I didn't have passport with me (visa renewal) 🙏🙏🙏

A small courtyard, slow to enjoy leisure time. The environment of the homestay is quiet and elegant, the room is clean and cured, and it is far from the noise of the city. The evening breeze is pleasant, the overall quiet and comfortable, and it is worth coming again for a relaxing and leisurely holiday. After checking out, the housekeeper specially arranged three sets of Guangde, very intimate and thoughtful service.

Super spacious room. Very clean. Within walking distance from high speed rail station. About 1.5km. Bathtub for a romantic tyrst. A cute AI assistant to open/close curtains, lights and air conditioning. Can even call front desk via AI assistant. Only one small drawback. Breakfast a bit too Chinese style.

This hotel meets Western standards: rooms are clean, breakfast is varied, and service is excellent. The location is great too, as there is a mall right next to the hotel, with different food options.
