This hotel is an absolute mess. I'd like to ask the hotel manager what they would do if their own daughter was harassed by a male front desk employee while staying at a hotel. What you all did is truly appalling. As a woman, I was contacted privately on WeChat by one of your male staff members, and all you did was give me a perfunctory and evasive response. I'm honestly so upset and speechless, I cried today. But what can I, as an ordinary person, really do? I just won't stay here again, and I seriously advise everyone else not to either 😂. The room facilities have safety hazards, and staff members are harassing guests privately. These two issues alone clearly show the massive loopholes in the hotel's management. The hotel's handling of the situation was superficial and evasive, with no compensation whatsoever. All I wanted was for the hotel to show a serious attitude towards resolving the issue, but unfortunately, that never happened from start to finish.

I booked two rooms, one with a window and one without. The room with a window had excellent natural light and was very comfortable to stay in. The hotel as a whole was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and attentive. The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining right outside the door. Overall, it was a great experience, and I recommend choosing a room with a window.

Arrived hotel very late in the night, reception lady was very helpful and patient catering to all enquirers. As I do not have a local mobile number, they were helpful to help with food ordering from their APP. Breakfast selection and ambience was quiet, clean , simple . Apartments location is also at a quiet peaceful place and best part near to city third ring road of Beijing

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful hotel that I'd love to return to! My son and I stayed here, and our experience exceeded all expectations. For my son's birthday, the hotel staff gave us a free upgrade to a themed kids' room. My son was absolutely thrilled—it was one of the highlights of our trip to Beijing. A huge thank you to the management and staff for such attentiveness to guests! I especially want to commend the hotel staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The concierges repeatedly assisted us with calling taxis and answered all our questions, which made traveling around the city very easy. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and cozy. The hotel has a pleasant aroma, and the classic interior creates an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort. Breakfasts were also a pleasant surprise: a wide selection of dishes, including European items, so everyone can find something to their taste. We were very pleased with our choice. Many thanks to the entire team at Grand Concordia Hotel for the warm welcome, care, and wonderful memories of our first trip to Beijing!

The hotel's location is excellent, with two subway lines nearby; the closest is Line 10. Taxis are also readily available. All the staff, starting from the front desk, were warm and professional. Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too.

I stayed here during my trip to Beijing and really liked it. The subway station is super close, and there are two malls nearby, super convenient. Also very easy to get to tourist attractions like National Art Museum, Beihai Park and Nanluoguxiang. Breakfast was the best part. Lots of choices and pretty healthy too. I would consider staying here again next time I’m in Beijing.
