Szef był bardzo gościnny. Skontaktował się z nami dzień wcześniej, aby podać nam lokalizację hotelu. Po przyjeździe pomógł nam z bagażami i bezpłatnie zmienił standard pokoju na lepszy. Serdecznie zaprosił nas na herbatę. Pokój był bardzo wygodny. Znajdował się niedaleko Lwiej Skały i na stosunkowo dużej wysokości. Platforma widokowa była niedaleko.

We love the free laundry service, the hotel staff sent our washed and dried clothes to our rooms the next morning. All towels were sealed in bags to ensure cleanliness. We were served honey drinks immediately when the staff met us at the counter. The rooms we booked were spacious. The location is definitely excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Większość hoteli, w których nocowałem podczas podróży po Chinach, była dobra, ale ten był moim ulubionym. Lokalizacja — tuż przy starożytnym mieście, skąd łatwo dojechać gdziekolwiek indziej. Z autobusu lotniskowego jest około 12 minut spacerem. I może 15 minut od wejścia do starożytnego miasta. Roztacza się z niego widok na otwarte niebo, a z dachu wyraźnie widać górę Jade Dragon Snow. Pokoje — są czyste, wyposażone w automatyczne oświetlenie i zasłony. Za darmo podnieśli standard mojego pokoju, który był dość przestronny i spełniał wszystkie moje potrzeby. Chociaż nie ma lodówki do przechowywania rzeczy, więc warto o tym pamiętać. W pokoju jest też AI. Posiłki/herbata — na 5. piętrze serwowane są wszystkie posiłki i herbata z widokiem na góry. Śniadanie było takie samo, a jeśli pochodzisz z krajów zachodnich, nie spodziewaj się zachodniego śniadania. Makaron i smażone dodatki były pyszne — uwielbiam dobre, słone śniadania. Nie mogłam spróbować popołudniowej herbaty (która jest przepyszna) aż do ostatniego dnia, więc pozwolono mi wrócić po wymeldowaniu, zanim wzięłam taksówkę na lotnisko. Wieczorna herbata to herbata z masłem, ale jej nie piłam, ponieważ próbowałam jej wcześniej gdzie indziej i nie byłam jej wielką fanką. Personel — wszyscy są bardzo mili i pomocni, zawsze witają gości. Miałam pewne problemy z SI w pokoju i szybko mi je naprawili. A kiedy popełniłam błąd podczas dostawy jedzenia, jeden z pracowników był na tyle uprzejmy, że poszedł mi je przynieść 😭, więc wszyscy przekroczyli wszelkie granice. Większość naszej rozmowy odbywała się za pomocą aplikacji tłumaczących, ale to nie przeszkodziło im w dbaniu o to, żebym czuła się komfortowo podczas mojej wizyty.

Great airport hotel with comfortable rooms Stayed here as it’s very close to Kunming Changshui International Airport, which made it super convenient for an early flight. The room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, and overall it was a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The only thing to note is that it’s quite far out if you’re planning to visit Kunming Old Town or the city centre, so it’s best suited for airport stays or short stopovers. Breakfast wasn’t too bad, could be better quality of food that’s all. Also had free laundry and use of the gym. Overall, a really good option if you need somewhere comfortable near the airport.

We are Malaysian & can speak mandarin. Don’t worry if you’re non-chinese speaker, they will try their best to communicate with you. Sonzhuju Coffee & Tea Holiday Villa is convenient for those who bring big luggage. They have a service to help carry your luggage too, from the main road (approx 170m). And please let them know once you arrived at the main road! The hotel is away from loud noise & busy from the main area. Cosy place & strategic for us staying in 3D2N. The room was clean. Breakfast included, but for Muslims, please mention that you’re Muslim, then they will prepare you veggie options. And you can choose to have your meal in your room or their eating area.

Ai Fei, a local host from the hotel, was very helpful in arranging our customised tour trip. We texted the hotel via WeChat 8–9 days prior to our arrival in Lijiang. We asked if there was any local there who could advise us on the trip and straightaway they made a group for discussion. He'd make sure that we were all okay & happy to discuss our plan to visit any area that we would like to go to. He arranged our private car trip to JDSM & Blue Moon Valley and brought the ticket for us too. Upon we'd arrived at the hotel, he served us a welcome tea, fruit and flower cake. From the next morning we are going to JDSM & Blue Moon Valley. He advised us on what the do’s and don't prior to our trip. The private driver that he helped arrange for us was also very helpful & patient to ensure that we felt safe going to the place (group chat). He also helped to arrange a private car for us to Shangri-la. Overall, he made our plan and trip smoothly.

As for the Muslims, you can ask him or the hotel host to recommend where the nearest Muslim restaurant they will definitely find for you.
Overall, definitely recommend staying here. We are happy with our stay here.

10/10 will book this hotel again in Kunming!! The location is right smack in the city centre, easy to get around to Nanpibg street by foot (10 mins walk), shuncheng shopping mall. A lot of eateries nearby, no need to worry about it. The hospitality of the staff is also amazing as well, making our stay unforgettable.

We literally walked into a “time travel” place back to ancient house equipped with modern facilities, the host was extremely courteous, friendly and very helpful too, they led and help us with our luggage from where were dropped off by Didi driver the nearest point before the pedestrian street of the ancient town starts. The hotel is located with the ancient town and a short walk from the famous 金馬Square at where modern buzzing commercial centres located in Kunming. Good place to stay for the experience of an ancient “house” with good breakfast, facilities and friendly host.

I hesitated for a long time before I went to Feilai Temple. I didn't know if I should live in the foggy top or Feilai Temple. I finally considered that there may be fog in the rainy season in Yunnan. I chose this Feilai Temple hotel and looked forward to seeing part of the snowy mountains. In addition, there is also a factor to choose here. I want to avoid a problem in many hotels in Feilai Temple. It is a bit of an eye-catching crane in the scenery. Living here far exceeds expectations. First of all, there will be a thoughtful and intimate service. There will be a housekeeper who will pick us up. Sister, help us with our luggage, I drove the car from the station to the hotel quickly. The fruit plate was very fresh and the raisins were delicious! In the afternoon, I went to the hotel to eat afternoon tea and watch the scenery. As the clouds flow, I really saw the snow-capped mountains. I was so lucky! The hotel also has a complimentary photo service, three photos per room, and you can take pictures after choosing Tibetan clothes. It is very popular. The room is fully equipped, floor heating + diffuse oxygen supply + humidifier, and spare nasal straws. We lived in the ancient city of Dukezong the day before and it was a little high. We didn’t sleep well at night. It felt very good when we arrived here. If the physique is very sensitive, I feel a little stuffy. You can open a little window a little bit, it will not be cold. 😍 If the next itinerary has not been set, the parents of the same group said that they still want to stay for a day or two 🌹

Cleanliness is pretty decent, but don’t expect the cleanliness of a 5* hotel. Bathroom shower walls are slightly moldy at the corners and edges, so if you’re a fussy traveler this may be a 3 or 4 rating. Depending on your requirements, this location can bea 5/5 or a 2/5. This is located far from Dukezong Ancient Town, and far from other restaurants. Scenery is great and quiet from the hustle and bustle , hence the potential 5/5 rating. But since it’s far from other places, food options and “shopping” are limited, hence the 2/5. The room we booked was quite far away from the lobby. It’s the furthest house located. Service is a 5/5. You’ll get full help with your butler carrying your luggage from your car arrival, all the way to your room, and from your room to the lobby when you checkout. Any issue? Just simply WeChat the group chat dedicated for your booking. You get free breakfast 2 choices. 1 porridge set with many side dishes. Or noodle soup. You get free afternoon tea with various choices (coconut latte was good) and a free ice cream cake. At night 8.30 onwards you get dessert soup which was great too. The afternoon tea and dessert soup can be delivered to your room. Not sure about breakfast, as we came out to the cafeteria to eat. Amenities are wonderful, 5/5. Don’t expect a swimming pool or gym here, but you’ll have activities for you to enjoy here without stepping out of the area. A small pool table near the lobby (albeit crapping conditions of the balls). Free sliced carrots provided to feed the farm animals (ducks, swans, goats, pony, donkey), but no feeding of carrots to the 3 doggies!! You also get to dress up in the traditional costume and get free photo shoot with 3 unedited photos for free (per room). If you want the edited photos, do expect to pay a sum (way more expensive than other market rates you can find outside) for it. The room has floor warmer and bed warmer which was great for the cold weather we experienced in end March. It was 0-10 degrees. The toilet was cold. The heating in toilet does not seem to work. So you have to brace the cold and take your shower. But the bed, floor and room was really warm. Hotel also have a restaurant which you can order food for lunch and dinner. But it’s a little on the pricey side. It would be better to ******* and order food delivery. But their restaurant food is surprisingly tasty. So if you don’t mind the price, can order from them. About 180 yuan for 1 meat and 1 vege dish. Overall experience was great. Love the service. If you want a chill time and not travel out to shopping areas, this is a great hotel for you to book. You get the enjoy the “pet farm” life and the nature.
