„The hotel is not fancy but it is very clean and everything in the room is very technological. The bed is very comfortable and the bed linen, my God! Bedsheets We're so so soft!! They give you two bottles of water and they have a small kettle. Also, they will pick you up from the airport which is super convenient( I'm attaching the picture of the pick up point) In the morning though, I had to catch a flight at 10.50 but we left later than expected (at 9.10/15 due to some other guests being late (not thef hotel's fault obviously, but I was annoyed cos I had to rush through the terminal to avoid missing the flight) so I'd say, to be on the safe side, take your own taxi in the morning. All in all, great experience. Good value for your money.”

„Great airport hotel with comfortable rooms Stayed here as it’s very close to Kunming Changshui International Airport, which made it super convenient for an early flight. The room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, and overall it was a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The only thing to note is that it’s quite far out if you’re planning to visit Kunming Old Town or the city centre, so it’s best suited for airport stays or short stopovers. Breakfast wasn’t too bad, could be better quality of food that’s all. Also had free laundry and use of the gym. Overall, a really good option if you need somewhere comfortable near the airport.”

„Location: The location is absolutely fantastic! Downstairs, you'll find a pedestrian street, and the Shuncheng Shopping Center is right there. There are also about half a dozen other malls nearby, making dining and getting drinks incredibly convenient. Service: The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were given a high-floor room, and the breakfast was quite good – they even provided a complimentary breakfast for our child. We didn't get a chance to try the late-night congee, but I imagine it would have been good too. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff were very enthusiastic and did a thorough and clean job. There's also a large Miniso and Mixue Ice Cream & Tea downstairs, which are always bustling with people. It's a great spot for families with kids.”

„This was the cheapest hotel we stayed at during our Yunnan trip, and also the one with the absolute best service! First, they offer subway station pick-up and airport transfer services. On the day of check-in, they send a reminder just in case you're unaware of these services. Upon arrival, you're immediately offered a glass of water, and then they thoughtfully help you arrange your airport transfer times. The room itself is fully smart-enabled, which is really impressive. But what touched us the most was that our flight was at 5 AM the next day, and we had scheduled a 4 AM airport drop-off. We came down about ten minutes early, expecting to wait a bit for the driver. To our surprise, even before 4 AM, a young man and a front desk lady were already waiting for us! They even kindly gave us two breakfast boxes to take on the road (we hadn't paid for breakfast). As soon as we stepped out of the hotel, the car was already waiting right at the entrance. The service was so incredible that we actually wondered if we really only paid 100 RMB, haha!”

„Mengzi Hampton by Hilton - Staff at reception was helpful As we wish to have a snack before we check in, we were told to leave our luggage in a room on 1/F opposite to the reception counter on the right. It was done as said. When we return to the hotel in about 30 min, no one was there and we went into the room and get our luggage. Not much security there!?! Despite of this, attitude of staff is very good. Breakfast in the hotel is excellent. Since we stayed there only 1 night, did not look into available facilities. Room and linen are clean. It would be better if there is a luggage rack in the room, then we did not have to put our suitcases on the little round coffee table and on the chair. As we are senior, it is very difficult for us to leave the suitcases on the floor. Yuanyang Huawowo - excellent location for sunrise over the tier fields. All is good; the 20-25 minutes walk from carpark to hotel is a bit challenging for senior. There is a built-in rack for suitcase. Breakfast is tasty, choice of western breakfast(eggs and toast) or local Chinese rice noodles. Staff is very efficient and cooperative. The toilet and sank area in the room is partitioned nicely, but lacking a little privacy as there is no door to the toilet. Jianshui White Hotel - excellent location in Jianshui old town. Breakfast is healthy, bento box of corn, congee, vegetable and egg in addition to a bowl of local Chinese rice noodles. Again no luggage rack. Staff is attentive and efficient though.”

„Very nice hotel, with good location. Walking distance to the railway station. The breakfast was really good with a wide variety of Chinese food, cereal, breads and fried food. Definitely the best breakfast I had in china. They also have a robot that sends your food delivery to you, which was cool. The lady at the counter was also very nice and helpful. I didn't have a local phone number so I couldn't order food delivery, so she helped to order the food using her phone. And somehow I couldn't transfer so I had to use cash, but she didn't have any change so she paid the extra 2.80yuan. Really appreciate their service, top notch.”
