I spent good four nights at Ibis Amman, while it is not close to the city center it is located close to many shops, restaurants and cafés. Breakfast was included and it was excellent buffet with lots of good choices. My room was lovely, very spacious, lots of hot water and towels. A mini fridge to keep drinks cold. Very quiet room. I used the gym three times, small but good equipment. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Ten hotel znajduje się niedaleko dworca autobusowego, około 1,2 km od hotelu. Jest bardzo dogodny dojazd drogą lądową do centralnego przejścia granicznego w Jerozolimie i starożytnego miasta Petra. Lokalizacja jest dobra. Cena hotelu jest również rozsądna. Koniecznie skorzystaj z autobusu tej firmy.

The hotel is little bit old and the AC is not working well even when I asked for maintenance check they told me that this is the best it can get so I would not recommend it as u could not have a good sleep while the room was too warm for me

A warm welcome to this modern hotel. Location a bit far from attractions but many taxis outside. Our room was comfortable size with a big sliding door city view. Shower/toilet adequate and clean. The breakfast buffet was good with a big selection of foods and friendly service. We didn't use the Spa facilities. The gym is small but not well ventilated. Overall, a very enjoyable 3 night stay.

We stayed in four different five-star hotels during our Jordan trip, and if I come back to Amman—or recommend a hotel to friends—it would definitely be W Hotel. The breakfast is amazing, with an impressive setting and creative staff who even made waffles for me! The entire team is professional, friendly, and attentive. Bonus: all the boys working there, even in the parking, are young, handsome, and eye-catching—definitely a fun touch! lol

Good location, smack in the middle of the city (difficult to drive, easy to cab). Staff are friendly but they might be too busy. Asked for some toiletries and ice, it was slow to reach us. fridge not wining in the hotel

The room was clean, spacious and peaceful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little dated in places, and there were some oddities like no clothes hangers in the wardrobe, but on the whole it was a pleasant stay.

An excellent hotel with great amenities. Very knowledgeable stay as well, who advised me on tips before my gargantuan day trip to Petra and Wadi Rum. This is definitely a great place to stay.

Nie tylko zorganizowała nam wczesne zameldowanie, ale także hojnie podniosła standard naszego pokoju i zadbała o to, aby wszystkie trzy pokoje znajdowały się na tym samym piętrze, co było niezwykle wygodne dla naszej grupy. Hotel szczyci się doskonałą lokalizacją – w odległości spaceru od licznych restauracji i supermarketów, idealną zarówno do spożywania posiłków, jak i zaspokajania codziennych potrzeb.
