We went to Ephesus during the day and booked this hotel for the evening. It is 23 mins drive from Ephesus. After checking out the hotel and surroundings, I wish we had booked here for longer. The hotel is across the road from the sea. There are plenty of nice restaurants around. Highly recommend Bottarga restaurant, it is 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel has a really nice roof top swimming pool !!! The view is amazing from the roof top. You can see multiple landmarks from Kuşadası at here. The room is really clean and the staff is helpful. The hotel has its own parking lot, we just drive the car to the front of the building and the staff will park it into the parking lot. There two things could be better though: * Breakfast, the options are a bit limited. * Balcony: the room we stayed in does not have a real balcony, but it has a small outdoor space to dry the clothes. However, the drying cord was missing. So we had to dry the swimsuit in the bathroom instead. In the evening, we take a walk along the sea after diner, there was a live music festival. We love the lively feel here.

Pokój był bardzo wygodny. Przypadkowo dostałem pokój z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami, ale był pięknie urządzony. Ogród, balkon, basen i widok na ocean były wspaniałe. Restauracja przy plaży również była świetna. Śniadanie było a'la carte, a obsługa doskonała. Jedynym minusem była impreza trwająca do północy...

Nowy nowoczesny hotel ze wspaniałym widokiem na zatokę. Ale personel hotelu jest wyjątkowo nieprzyjazny i zapewnia możliwie najzimniejsze powitanie. Pokój nie był gotowy na nasz przyjazd, mimo że dotarliśmy na czas. Czekaliśmy 30 minut. Odmówili zapewnienia śniadania w cenie wskazanej w rezerwacji. Koszt śniadania to 20 euro za osobę i nie interesuje ich to, co jest napisane w rezerwacji. Stwierdzili też, że nie mają parkingu, a problemy z samochodem to nasze problemy, parkuj gdzie chcesz. Nie udzielili żadnych informacji na temat usług hotelowych - ani o plaży, ani o łaźni tureckiej. Nadal nie rozumiemy, gdzie oni są. Na koniec pobrali depozyt w wysokości 50 euro! ! Generalnie przez cały nasz pobyt czuliśmy, że nie jesteśmy tu mile widziani. Obsługa jest okropna, to nie powinno się zdarzyć. Nie polecam tego nikomu

Room was very comfortable and the marina view is perfect for enjoying both sunrise and sunset. The staff were amazing – extremely polite and helpful. We didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast, but other guests mentioned it was very good. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the beach, taxi stand, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, and coffee shops. The only downside was the WiFi, which was quite poor. However, we shared our feedback and the team received it positively. Thank you so much, DoubleTree – we look forward to staying again next time!

First, I must mention the lack of cleanliness at the hotel.  My bed, in room 301 was infested with bed bugs, and could not sleep most nights due to being bitten all night long.  The carpet in the corridors, which wasn’t even gotten properly, was filthy.

Lokalizację łatwo znaleźć naprzeciwko wejścia do jaskini Zeusa, jest tam dolmus (minibus), który jedzie do Kusadasi co 30-40 minut (koszt 46 TL (2024)). Wybór ciast jest również dobry, może ktoś specjalizuje się w deserach na miejscu. Negatywy - Rozmiary napojów są malutkie, naprawdę malutkie plastikowe kubki, co, jak rozumiem, ma na celu ograniczenie marnotrawstwa, ale jako gość nie chcę odwiedzać baru 2-3 razy, aby ugasić pragnienie. Zwróć uwagę, że rozmiary piwa wydają się przyzwoite, więc jeśli nie pijesz alkoholu, nie zawracaj sobie tym głowy. - Jedzenie jest bardzo kiepskie, dania są takie same każdego dnia, kilka mi smakowało, ale i tak różnorodność sprawia, że ​​klienci są zadowoleni. - Rozrywka jest skupiona na parach i tym samym w kółko, więc tutaj też brakuje różnorodności. Personel naprawdę się stara. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, miałem większe oczekiwania, hotel prawdopodobnie potrzebuje lepszego zarządzania, ponieważ personel wydaje się chętny do pomocy.
