Hotele z: parking w Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan

The whole experience was comfortable, clean and quiet. The room was spacious enough for my family, as there were 3 of us. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of food. Location was well situated as it's within walking distance to the train station.

Piękny pokój z widokiem na morze, wyłożony japońską matą słomianą w stylu tatami, z wejściem do strefy odkurzania, oddzielną toaletą, umywalką, wanną i prysznicem. Pokój jest na tyle duży, że mogą w nim spać cztery lub pięć osób. Wszedłem tam sam i położyłem się płasko na plecach. To było bardzo relaksujące. Do gorących źródeł na dziewiątym piętrze należy wejść w szlafrokach. Termalne źródła są nieco przestarzałe, trzeba je obsługiwać samemu. Najlepiej wybrać się z przyjacielem. Na dziewiątym piętrze jest zbyt cicho, żeby widzieć ludzi, trochę... Wady: Hotel znajduje się między stacjami Atagawa i Inatori, około 1,2 km od stacji Atagawa. Droga prowadzi w dół, wzdłuż morza. Trudno ciągnąć bagaż. W pobliżu hotelu nie ma restauracji ani sklepów spożywczych. W nocy jest bardzo ciemno, gdy schodzi się na dół, nie ma oświetlenia ulicznego, nie warto wychodzić. Najlepiej kupić jedzenie i wodę z wyprzedzeniem. Hotel oferuje samochód, który odbierze gości ze stacji, ale trzeba to zgłosić w recepcji.

The resort is truly remarkable with good food and onsen facilities. My rating is purely based on the resort experience. However, I will like to provide feedback on the reservation experience on trip.com. The pricing indicated on trip.com is not totally transparent. At the time of booking, I indicated 2 adults and a 7yo child to get accurate pricing. The amount was prepaid with a small fee JPY450 to be paid at hotel. At check in, I was shocked to learn that we are expected to pay for the child room rate at JPY22k+. That was not indicated on the “to pay at hotel’. Trip.com customer service officer replied that the requirement was indicated on the email confirmation sent. This is upsetting as I usually used the mobile app and relied on available information to make reservation. It is not my habit to check email confirmation given the information on the app is correct. Pricing should be made transparent at point of booking and not after booking. And out of ‘goodwill’ they offered me a compensation close to 50% of the child room rate. I have been using trip.com since covid and this is my first time having such issue. I hope my experience can benefit others who is booking this accommodation with child.

To było wspaniałe przeżycie. Z pokoju roztacza się przepiękny widok na morze, to prawdziwa fantazja. Dojście z hotelu do morza zajmuje zaledwie 10 minut – spacer jest bardzo krótki. Bardzo podobały mi się też onseny. Chciałbym zwrócić uwagę na wygodę busów – kursują często i nie trzeba ich rezerwować z wyprzedzeniem. Pokoje były bardzo czyste. Ogólne wrażenie jest wspaniałe.

Everything was good, a bit pricey but convenient. Driving to the hotel is easy and there is free parking for hotel guest, just let them know so they will pass you the exit coupon. The Mount Fuji view really get the full view and shiok to wake up to such a nice view!

とても満足いく宿泊ができた。少し駅からは歩くが、その分落ち着いた雰囲気の立地だった。南側には多くの飲食店があり、食事にも困らなかった。ハッピアワーや掲載した写真のような夜食があるなど無料のサービスがとても充実していた。スタッフの方もエレベーターや入り口の外まで来て挨拶をしてくれるなどとても丁寧な接客をしてくれた。 部屋にアメニティは無く、フロント近くのアメニティスペースから持っていくスタイルだった。種類も豊富で申し分なかった。

The hotel is good but very basic. It's clean and conveniently located close to the train station but nothing to write home about.

The room is big and comfortable. The pantry comes with all the consumables including detergent and laundry pods which is great! Amazing view on mt fuji! Adding one more tissue box in such big room is advisable. The standalone TV actually leaves no space to close the curtain so configuration would need to be reviewed. Our gratitude to the operation team and the laundry company in finding our lost medical gadget!

Such a spectacular place to stay! The owners are extremely friendly. They are there when you need (during check in, morning of check out) but leave a lot of privacy to the guests. The unit is very well appointed, with all amenities prepared. There's a separate study/office where you can work if needed. The den overlook the pond of the shrine 50m from the residence. There is a full kitchen which we definitely enjoyed making and having dinner and breakfast there. Would go back again.
