Wspaniały pobyt – Gorąco polecam
Pobyt w tym hotelu był naprawdę przyjemnym doświadczeniem. Pokoje i udogodnienia były wyjątkowo czyste, a śniadanie pyszne. Lokalizacja jest strategiczna – blisko wszystkich miejsc, do których musieliśmy dotrzeć, co sprawiło, że nasz pobyt był bardzo wygodny.
Najbardziej wyróżniała się jednak wyjątkowa obsługa. Personel recepcji był profesjonalny, uprzejmy i przyjazny. Każdy z nich był naprawdę pomocny. Obsługa śniadaniowa była zawsze uśmiechnięta, co sprawiało, że każdy poranek był ciepły i serdeczny.
Ten hotel zasługuje na więcej niż 5 gwiazdek. Gorąco polecam i chcę podziękować całemu zespołowi za doskonałą obsługę. Brawo!

Espaço simples, limitado. Mas não deixa de ser local simpático. A criticar, só terem uma toalha por pessoa, que tem que dar para tudo, mãos, face e cory, para o banho um pouco pequena, e não terem um copo para ajudar na higiene oral.

Absolutely great host and his son. Nice place ad service,It was the best place of stay of my trip to Portugal due to the host, envronment and service. Breakfast is good and does not cost much,It should be requested separately.I would go there again if I come to Porto.

Jednak bardzo komercyjny hotel, nic nie skupia się na tym, co jest 5-star, gdzie możemy liczyć na najlepsze usługi.
Nie zalecam, zwłaszcza kolacji.

JJia Jia XRoom is spacious, Excellent breakfast spread — definitely a must-try if you’re staying here, especially since there aren’t many breakfast options nearby in the morning. Most shops only open after 10am. Step outside and you’ll see beautiful views of the bridge and river, though the hotel isn’t close to the city center. Restaurant and shop choices are limited, but overall the stay is very comfortable.

EExploreWithMoFrom the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏

JJinwooOne of the Best Serviced Apartments We’ve Stayed At This was easily the best serviced apartment we’ve stayed at recently. All the facilities were brand new, and the cleanliness—especially in the kitchen and bathroom—surpassed even some 4-star hotels. Everything we needed was provided, and the interior design was excellent. The bed was also very comfortable. Great location, great price, great amenities. Here are a few potential downsides that might matter to some guests: • The internet was very slow. The Wi-Fi signal on the second floor was the strongest, so we used that, but it was barely sufficient for even checking emails. It felt as if the connection was intentionally throttled. If you need stable internet for work, tethering through your phone might actually be faster. • No elevator. Our unit was located on the second floor, and we had to carry about 30kg of luggage up the stairs ourselves. Even a small, old-fashioned lift would have been a huge help. • Noise from upstairs. Although the apartment was newly renovated, the flooring is still the original wooden structure, so noise from the upper floor can be heard. We were tired enough to sleep through it with earplugs, but sensitive guests should take this into account. Booking the top-floor unit might solve this issue, though that means climbing even more stairs. • Early check-in confusion. We had requested an early check-in, but it wasn’t communicated properly. As a result, we had to drop off our luggage at the YOUROPO office, which is about a 6–7 minute walk from the apartment. I wonder if we could’ve left our luggage directly at the property if the message had gone through properly—perhaps someone from the team could clarify? Despite these minor issues, I would still give this property a full 5 stars. If we visit Porto again, YOUROPO will be at the top of our list.

GGuest UserWe were given a nice, clean room on an upper floor with a pretty view. The bathroom was on the right through a sliding door when you entered the room. It was spacious with a shower and a bathtub. Good breakfast! The roasted tomatoes were superb and it should be a dish available every morning at the buffet.

The hotel has both pros and cons. Location is not the best for sightseeing, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro, then a few stops to the main attractions, which can be inconvenient especially in rainy weather. On the plus side, it’s right next to a lively market/food court with lots of local bites, and there’s even a supermarket inside. The staff were very kind, spoke good uEnglish, and even provided a welcome plate with fruits and egg tarts, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was nicer than the photos: spacious, very clean, with a safe box, closet, and separate bathroom and toilet. Breakfast was plentiful with many varieties, though it was the same selection every day. A few downsides: the cleaning staff entered my room twice while I was inside (once early in the morning while I was asleep, and another time while I was in the bathroom). They may have knocked, but it still felt intrusive. The window setup was also awkward, my room faced the lobby, so I had to keep the curtain closed the whole stay for privacy, which made the room dark. Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel with great staff, but the location isn’t ideal if you want to be close to main attractions. If the price is good compared to the ones in the center, then it could be a good choose as taxis to the center cost about €5 one way. Otherwise, I’d probably choose somewhere in the more central area next time.

GGuest UserThe apartment was lovely and clean. Perfect location and very comfortable. A friend and I stayed at the guest house for 2 nights and 3 days. On arrival we were given an address that was different to a check in area. The walk was not far, however we were unable to check in as it was after hours for reception. Our driver then called and talked to the reception and managed to help us get a key for the guest room. The next morning we walked over to the reception area to complete our check. The lady at the front desk was not very approachable as we did not feel comfortable asking for information as it seemed like she just wanted to get our check in over and done with. We were told that maps and information about the city was prepared for us however we did not receive them from the front desk and managed to walk around and find our own way with tours and visiting sites. Other than the uncomfortable check in process the stay was very comfortable.

JJIWOONGWe stayed here for our honeymoon. Location: 3 minutes from Lello Bookstore, 10 minutes from São Bento Station, 5 minutes from a supermarket Service: The staff were very friendly. The hotel had a slightly hip vibe. Breakfast: It was much more varied and delicious than any breakfast I've had in Lisbon. I highly recommend it. The price was reasonable, and the soundproofing was excellent. It's the best value accommodation.
