A small hotel but with warm environment. Everything was clean and breakfast was lovely. Location is convenient, walkable to/from city center and train station. Just a bus ride (K4) to the bus terminal. Staff was very helpful. We had a very lovely stay in Erzurum.

Hotel jest położony naprzeciwko dużego szpitala miejskiego. Szkoda, że nie jest to ta cena, która nie jest mała, nie zawiera śniadania. Nie podobała się sauna - straszny zapach kanalizacji i brak wody z butelką. Wanna w pokoju była z łupem. W wentylacji wyciekał zapach papierosów, a na piętrze było dla niepalących.
Reszta jest czysta i przytulna.

Отель неплохой, удобное расположение. Номера чистые. Но мы оплатили 4-х местный номер, нам дали номер на 3-х человек. И как бы не пытались объяснить на ресепшене о смене номера, все сходилось к тому, что мы не понимаем. По факту в отеле была свадьба и наши номера отдали другим. Но так как нам надо было только переночевать одну ночь, через час уже просто перестали спорить и заселились уже в предложенные номера. Неприятно конечно.

Hotel podobał się. Bardzo wygodne miejsce dla podróżujących z południowej Turcji do Gruzji. Nie trzeba się zagłębiać w mieście, mimo że jest mniej kawiarni, restauracji w pobliżu. Śniadanie w hotelu jest przyzwoite, kiełbaski, nagetty, jajka, mięsli, kilka rodzajów sera, oliwek, warzyw. W ogóle dobry szwedzki stolik. Kawa z różnymi rodzajami kawy. Personel uprzejmy, uważny. Pokój przestronny. Piękny design. Hotel jest nowy lub po kapremont. Czysty, wygodny. Zalecam tym, którzy są w drodze i na drodze, aby przespać się. Świetny wybór. Jedynym minus jest mały kanalizator w łazience, niewygodne jest umyć się, woda wysypuje się. To miejsce pozwala na wystarczająco szeroką ławkę i będzie super.

The hotel is really excellent! Since Erzurum is not a crowded and big city, its location is perfect! They have free shuttle services for airport and ski resort. Staff are all friendly, and very helpful, they do their best to solve your problems and always smile.

Встретили вежливо, все рассказали. Номер просторный, кровать удобная, в номере чайник, кофе, чай. Ванная чистая, много флакончиков со средствами для душа. Мыло пенкой) в номере приятно пахнет. Недостатки - сантехника уставшая, требует внимания. Завтрак который включен в стоимость, шикарный! Очень большой выбор, шведский стол, вкусно. Соотношение цены и качества очень хорошее.
Расположение удачное, достопримечательности в нескольких минутах, есть своя стоянка.
Рекомендую!

IIulianaExcellent decently priced hotel. It is walking distance to the city center (20 minutes) and 5 minutes from the famous street with cag kebap restaurants. The rooms are good, clean, with bathroom. The only downside is that you don't have a fridge in the room and you should put your things in the big fridge in the breakfast room. Breakfast is open buffet and you can eat well in the morning. Staff is nice and friendly. They don't have a parking, you can only park in front of the hotel. Two nearby mosques.

The room facing the street was clean and comfortable stay.
As for the location of the hotel, all the main attractions in Elzrum are within walking distance. There are restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area, so I think there is almost no problem. PprenterBooked a single room only. Stayed 2 nights, went to Agri Dagi and returned for one more. Limited space as expected. Water pressure and hot water response time actually pretty good. No air temperature control in too but not important in October. Need larger waste bin and a floor mat to absorb shower water. Breakfast offered (usual Turkish fare), internet reliable. Overall represents inexpensive option at $15AUD per night.
