This hotel is like a country club, it has a golf course on the premises, everything is very beautiful, the rooms are very large, and the bed is amazing, the bathroom has very good water pressure and an excellent size, mine has a bathtub as well, breakfast is OK for Western visitors, the pool is really enjoyable, in general this is an excellent hotel and most definitely under value

Odwiedziliśmy Hanoi, Zatokę Ha Long, Hoi An, Da Nang i Ninh Binh podczas 11-dniowej/długonodniowej podróży. Gościnność, recepcja i zanurzenie w lokalnej kulturze były wyjątkowe we wszystkich miejscach (z wyjątkiem Emeraldy) – ludzie byli gościnni, a personel hotelowy bardzo uprzejmy. Pobyt w Emeraldzie Resort w Ninh Binh nie był zbyt przyjemny, z wyjątkiem kilku doświadczonych pracowników. Kierownik ds. gastronomii w Sen Restauran (płatne śniadanie rano) odmówił przyjęcia prośby o wegańskie jedzenie i przecier owocowy dla 7-miesięcznego niemowlęcia. Powiedziała, że ​​kuchnia jest zajęta, a my mamy dużą grupę do obsłużenia. Po długich wyjaśnieniach udało jej się zamówić smażony ryż (to wszystko!), ale odmówiła podania przecieru owocowego i nalegała, żebym za niego zapłacił. Restauracja Organic jest dobra, kilka osób z personelu (głównie kobiet) było uprzejmych. Obsługa baru przy basenie miała pewne problemy, nawet nie odpowiadając na powitanie. Dziękujemy pani Hung (kierownik restauracji), panu Chung (recepcjonista) i innemu kierownikowi restauracji w Organic (nie pamiętam jej nazwiska) za to, że sprawili, że nasz pobyt był znośny i możliwy do opanowania. Mają wspaniały obiekt i przestronne pokoje. Gdyby obsługa była na poziomie porównywalnym z hotelami 4- i 5-gwiazdkowymi, byłoby to idealne miejsce na relaks i odpoczynek. Uwaga: Menu dań wegańskich/wegetariańskich jest ograniczone, a kupowanie jedzenia z zewnątrz jest zabronione.

Every hotel the laundry bag is free for customers. But this hotel is charge extra the laundry bag . I stay 2 day on 19/4 i got use them laundry bag go outside wash clothes then no bring back . 20/4 i got check out them charge extra me 6 USD . And noon 20/4 i got check in again stay 1 more day . 21/4 got check out and give back them the laundry bag . Them no give return and no refund money . 2 receptionists stood lauging talk to customers is money in company cant return paid cash maybe can return but bank in cant . And other said paid cash also cant refund because alr in to company . First time see got hotel charge the laundry bag .

The rooms are very nice and clean, had no problem whatsoever. The staff are very nice and helpful, they really want to help you throughout your stay. The breakfast are delicious and plentiful, we even had the chance to try their diner service and it was great ^^ a lot of variety in the menu and the service was fast and amazing. Only thing I have to say is that it’s a bit far from any restaurants, I personally didn’t mind walking around to look for options but it’s a a bit of walk. Nothing too scary, the area is very friendly and smiling 😅

The stay was pleasent. It does show a luggage storage online but there was none present. However we could leave our luggage at the reception. But sometimes there was no one present. Location is very convenient next to ancient center of Ninh Binh. Room is nice, but the drain of shower is not working properly. Meaning whole bathroom was full of water after showering.

This was a beautiful hidden away oasis. I loved how our bungalow was built into the cliff side. It was very magical arriving at night with all the cute lights. It’s about 8 minutes from Tran An and 18 minutes from Dragon Hill. Wish I had more time for relaxing here.

We received a very warm welcome upon arrival and throughout our entire stay. They were very respectful. Only one woman spoke good English, while the others didn't understand much. Personally, I think that's part of the country's charm. They are also willing to arrange transfers, bikes, and excursions for their guests. The breakfast was limited but still complete. You had the choice of a fried egg with sausage and bacon with toast, or a local Vietnamese meal. We also got an orange juice (not freshly squeezed, but tasty) with coffee and a honey yogurt, which was absolutely delicious by the way. The pool and rooms were clean. It's not too busy there, and the location is especially superb! It's within walking distance of Tam Coc (8-10 min) and you have direct access to the rice fields. A golden tip: take a bike and visit Mua Cave at sunset and the pagoda. You can take a lovely path through the rice fields that borders the mountains – it's sublime! Had a fantastic experience. Definitely recommended!

Where Hospitality Still Means Something. From the moment we arrived, this hotel got it right. A warm welcome, fast check-in, and staff who actually help with your bags — a rare combo these days. To top it off, we got a free upgrade! Our room came with a bathtub, a nice exterior view, and a little extra space — always a win in my book. After long days of tours and wandering around, the peaceful nights were a blessing. And that rooftop pool? A quiet little oasis — perfect for cooling off, pretending you’re in a luxury resort, and questioning every life decision that led you to deserve such comfort. Overall, the stay was a delight. The only small downside would be its location, which is a bit away from the city center — but nothing a quick Grab ride can’t fix. They also rent motorbikes (we just wish they’d mentioned it earlier 😂). We left with smiles and even a small farewell gift — classy touch. I’d absolutely come back, ideally on purpose next time.

After four days in Ha Giang, we really needed a comfortable bed, and this place delivered. The room was spacious, the bathroom had good ventilation and strong water pressure, and everything felt clean and easy. The location is very convenient, plenty of restaurants nearby and just a short walk to Hoa Lu Old Town. You can also rent a bike easily and spend the day around Tam Coc. Breakfast was very nice. You can choose Vietnamese or Western options. We had pho on the first day and bún chả on the second, both tasty. Thank you for a great stay!
