Sprzątaczka była bardzo miła; wstawiła do mojego pokoju dwie dodatkowe butelki wody i pomogła mi znaleźć moje rzeczy, kiedy je zostawiłam. Zastanawiam się, czy to ta sama sprzątaczka. Recepcjonistka, Su Jingyi, była bardzo pomocna. Optyk na dole naprawił mi okulary za darmo. Na pewno zatrzymam się tu ponownie, gdy następnym razem będę w Changchun, i również pójdę do optyka na dole po nową parę okularów.

Hotel provided a fantastic experience. The hotel's strengths are its cleanliness, great breakfast, and excellent amenities. Our room was spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a delicious and impressive variety of hot and cold options to start the day. After being in the cold weather all day, the best part was relaxing in the clean, quiet, and spacious hot springs. Highly recommend!

We booked 2 villas, the 4 and 3-bedroom units. We had a great time at Beidahu, super friendly people that work there and very helpful. The on demand shuttle was great! Everything was done by the team, restaurant bookings, gear rental, ski pass bookings! We are extremely grateful towards them Highly recommend this villa if you’re coming for a ski / snowboard trip.

Great hotel! I liked everything very much. Good location! next to the center. Shopping centers 10 minutes walk. The rooms have everything for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed, 2 types of cool pillows, soft blanket. A great place to relax after an active day. Lovely girls work at the reception, who will always help you in everything and treat you to coffee or tea. I recommend this hotel for booking! I really want to come back here again!

I highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer. I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. This is great! The hotel room is loft type with great views, rooms are clean and most importantly the ski trails and the view from top of mountain was the best! We had a trainer there and they have amazing services, from teaching us how to wear the ski equipment to how to ski. All of them were really friendly.

Obsługa była bardzo dobra, ale infrastruktura hotelu miała pewne wady. Obsługa była świetna, butler reagował na bieżąco, obsługa concierge była proaktywna i niezawodna, a personel ogólnie był bardzo entuzjastyczny. Restauracja śniadaniowa była zbyt mała, nieadekwatna do rozmiarów hotelu. Były kolejki, było ciasno, a wybór potraw nie był bogaty. Brakowało możliwości suszenia ubrań, nie było pralni samoobsługowej, a na liście usług pralniczych nie było opcji samego suszenia. Projekt ośrodka był uciążliwy. Nawet w Szwajcarii nie było blisko do stoków narciarskich. Dojście pieszo wymagało przejścia przez cały obszar rekreacyjny, więc lepiej było poczekać na shuttle bus. Na szczęście shuttle bus był szybki i nie trzeba było długo czekać. Centrum aktywności EP było kiepskie, dzieci narzekały, że nie ma tam nic do roboty. Nie można było już samodzielnie robić Tanghulu, można je było tylko odebrać o określonej godzinie. Jeśli chodzi o narciarstwo, ogólnie było w porządku, ale nie do końca pasowało do hotelu jako miejsca na rodzinne wakacje. Wiązania do snowboardu nie miały prawdziwych rozmiarów dziecięcych, były zdecydowanie za duże dla pięcio- czy sześciolatków.
