Hotele Pet Friendly w: Qinghai, China

Ten zajazd znajduje się w pobliżu malowniczego obszaru Erlangjian nad jeziorem Qinghai. Personel recepcji był bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. Chcieliśmy obejrzeć wschód słońca, a oni pomogli nam znaleźć drogę. Obejrzeliśmy wschód słońca około 6:50 rano. Śniadanie było świeżo przygotowane i pyszne. Wybraliśmy się na wycieczkę samochodem po pętli Gansu-Qinghai. Kiedy wyruszaliśmy rano, gdy dowiedzieliśmy się, że jedziemy do Xining, recepcjonista polecił nam najpierw wizytę w Atomic City Memorial Hall. Krajobrazy po drodze były przepiękne, a sam budynek był szczególnie wspaniały. To była bardzo przyjemna podróż.

I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

The hotel is located near the Chaka Salt Lake. The hotel does offer room with oxygen supply for guests who are concern over high altitude sickness. We were there during low season and breakfast choices were very limited. I would like to comment on the wonderful service of the staff who went up and above to assist the us. The staff offered to take care of our laundry as timer on the dryer was not working and it's unclear when the laundry load can be dried. Would recommend this hotel to folks who plan to stay overnight in Chaka.

設施：這次青甘大環線自駕遊，住了好多酒店，這家是這幾天住過最爽的酒店了。首先，酒店很新，設施都非常好，品牌淋浴、箭牌温感馬桶（不冰屁屁）、床墊不軟、脊椎友好。其次，就是很乾凈很清爽，風景很好。最重要一點——有製氧機，海拔3100，有點兒高原反應，之前沒注意沒了解，但是有製氧機，真的讓我們一家體感舒服好多！高海拔訂酒店，一定要訂有製氧機的。 環境：環境賊拉好。就是270度大開間視野，可以看到草原、白雲，躺着坐着都是美景，就太值了有沒有？ 服務：酒店前台的美女們服務很贊，提出有小童一定要無煙房，都有考慮到左右房間是否抽煙，安排了左右都是家庭親子游的房型，給個大拇指點贊。

Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it. The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean Breakfast provided for every day too.

Nice room with view from neighborhood. It's 30min walk from downtown but there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. I was the only guest during the 4 nights I was there, so not much of an atmosphere despite the nice social areas. The heating system (underfloor) works only in the night so it's a bit chill during the day. There are hot showers and possibly of doing laundry (10yuan a load).

第一次過年來大西北，想不到這酒店過年的氣氛還很濃郁，大堂有民族服飾可以試穿拍照打卡，還挺出片的呢，也是我第一次嘗試穿名族服飾，很漂亮，本人不上相就不配照片啦😜 其他朋友入住他們家都可以嘗試一下噢 前台值班經理也很熱情，一直幫我整理衣服，凹造型，房間也很安靜乾淨，服務也很好，真的很推薦這家酒店。對了，還順便打卡了生命樹繪畫牆，最近這部劇還挺火的，總之是次非常不錯的體驗。

在網上選了好久最終選擇了這家酒店，入住體驗遠超預期，絕對是西寧的首選寶藏住處！酒店整體環境乾淨整潔，裝修簡約大氣又不失温馨，公共區域打理得井井有條，房間內採光充足、通風良好，床品柔軟舒適，洗漱用品齊全且品質在線，住得特別舒心。 性價比更是驚喜滿滿，同等價位裏很難找到這麼優質的住宿，不管是出差辦公還是旅遊出行，都特別划算。地理位置絕佳，離萬達很近，步行幾分鐘就能到達，周邊餐飲、購物、娛樂設施一應俱全，吃飯逛街都很方便，出行也省心省力。 最讓人眼前一亮的是房間裏的小度語音助手，全程語音控制，開關燈、開關窗簾、放音樂都不用動手，操作簡單又便捷，閑暇時聽聽歌放鬆身心，體驗感直接拉滿。走廊裏還貼心佈置了養生小知識，細節處盡顯用心，讓人倍感温暖。 工作人員的服務態度也特別好，從入住辦理到退房離開，全程熱情周到、耐心細緻，有任何需求都能及時響應並解決，專業又貼心，服務水準堪比星級酒店。 總之，這家酒店在環境、性價比、位置、設施和服務上都無可挑剔，體驗感超棒，下次還會選擇這裏，也強烈推薦給大家！
