Hotele Pet friendly w: Lower-Saxony, Germany

We came to the Christmas market in this picturesque city with a perfect face. The hotel is in the heart of Celle This makes you stand on the edge of this Christmas market. The reception in the nearby restaurant was good and was brought to the hotel by Mrs. Great large room at the first floor. The kings of the shower can be cleaner but not serious. Prima residence

I arrived early, so I went to the hotel hoping to leave my luggage there first. I was upgraded to an available room and was able to check in early, which was very helpful. However, I was disappointed that they forgot to prepare the room for cleaning, etc. (Although they responded immediately.)

I stayed at the Altes Kaufhaus for 2 nights whilst travelling aboard for work. The hotel was only a short 10 minute walk from the station and was very central to the pubs and restaurants. The rooms were excellent and very clean, would happily stay again.

The subway entrance is right at the door, which is really convenient. The hotel is good in all aspects and the price is right. It may be the most cost-effective in this area. There is also a sauna and a gym. If you come to Hannover next time, this is the first choice. Rewe and Rossmann are opposite

The hotel isn't worthy of a 4-star rating. The room was in need of renovation (broken fixtures, broken glass door on the closet, screws in the wall but no picture...). In the restaurant, a stair railing was very loose. This isn't safe for many older hotel guests. Although the hotel is obviously always busy on weekends, staffing is understaffed. At breakfast, there were only two employees serving and they were completely overwhelmed by the number of guests. Tables weren't assigned and weren't re-set. At times, there were no teapots, no juices, no glasses... The staff were nevertheless very friendly, and one could truly feel sorry for them given the working conditions. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast buffet was very extensive and of good quality. There was no Wi-Fi during our stay.

There is a staff but it is on the top floor far from the reception, so even if you arrive at the reception, you cannot check in 々. I want you to prepare a call bell.

Good people at reception, great room good bed and clean. Beautiful location with beautiful view. Great hotel when you have business in Hannover

The location of the hotel is very good, less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. The old German lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and introduced me a lot. Very cost-effective, overall satisfaction.
