Hotele Pet friendly w: Castilla-La Mancha, Spain

Location is good, in the heart of the old city. Hotel and rooms are average/good We had a good stay. However all these experience were spoiled by the poor services of the waitress during the breakfast. The waitress were cool and seemed to have very bad mood. The breakfast room was closed using a rope until the waitress came and slowly checked the customers one by one. The waitress were impolite and even told the customers to eat in certain manner. The hotel rating would be much better if they have better training to their waitress.

Pobyliśmy w tym hotelu kilka razy, podróżując przez Toledo z naszym psem.  Opłata za przywiezienie naszego psa wynosiła 15 € - około średnio. Hotel ma duży ogród, który jest świetny dla piechoty spacerowych i pozwala im cieszyć się na zewnątrz, ale trzeba dbać o to w tym czasie roku z las orugas cecesionarias.  Niestety bar hotelowy i restauracja nie są przyjazne dla psa, choć bar ma na zewnątrz siedzieć wieczorem, gdzie można wziąć swojego psa.  Ten hotel ma ładne duże pokoje, w klasycznym stylu. Zauważyliśmy tym razem, że czystość pokoju może być lepsza, a zwłaszcza, że podłoga nie była bardzo czysta. Łazienki są bardzo duże, ale można poprawić projekt prysznica - w szczególności, aby zapewnić przesunięcie głowy prysznica.  Ogólnie hotel jest przestronny i przyjemny, z fantastycznym widokiem na stare miasto Toledo i pięknej wsi.  Jest to rekomendacja, mimo że są kilka rzeczy, które można poprawić.

La instancia ha sido buena. La comodidad de la cama, almohadas , ubicación , limpieza… todo bien la verdad. Lo único que es extraño que no haya nadie para recibirte. Es un telefonillo que llamas para entrar y después dentro un pantalla para hablar con una persona para coger los datos y te dan código de acceso a la habitación y al hotel. Si es cierto que están 24h por si se necesita algo, pero bueno , me imagino que el futuro es eso.

Pracownicy hotelu są bardzo uprzejmi. Na pierwszym piętrze hotelu jest bezpłatny minibar. Jest woda do picia i bezpłatne napoje. Ponadto, jest też kawa do zapłaty. Jest duży pokój, jest ławka i ławka. Nie ma miejsca, gdzie mogłoby być mini-wersja lodówki. Ale jest wystarczająco światło, a jest taras, a w ogóle jest wygodny.

El sitio esta bastante bien, tiene unas habitaciones con instalaciones basicas, tambien hay un buffet. La limpieza se podria mejorar, habia bastante polvo en los muebles. El servicio es decente, aunque una de las personas del servicio me ignoro cuando pregunte donde tenia que hacer lo del buffet.

Limpio, en orden todo. Buena zona para aparcar. Buena atencion en recepción.

Generally the stay was great. However the actual room was not the same as what was shown in the picture. It’s actually much smaller with much smaller balcony. We were quite displeased about it. Nonetheless the stay was good

Only stayed for a night, but room and toilets were ok. No complaints. Plenty of parking space around, and close to town (we drove) for food and groceries.
