On arrival we were told the Aircon wasn't working in that room although we booked back in May, we could the fan provided. We were in the 3rd top floor, lift wasn't working to bring us down to ground level either. Breakfast was chaotic as hotel full..not enough attention to detail in filling up food for guests. When we went to checkout the lady was quiet abrupt. Have stayed here twice before but can't say was impressed this time with staff attitude on arrival no apologies for Aircon inconvenience not even told about the lift as we were staying on 3rd Floor.

It is exactly what it says on the tin! A budget hotel. We’re used to staying in Travelodge, Premier Inn and Holiday Inn but this was by far the most basic of them all. Odd set up of bathroom facilities in room. Sink and mirror in the bedroom and then straight into the shower from the bedroom too, leading to a bit of a flood of water coming into the bedroom when getting in and out of the shower. Toilet was in a separate closet. Tight squeeze at the end of the bed to get to the other side. Clean but small. Made our inside cruise cabin look massive in comparison. Breakfast is included but it is a very basic continental offering. 3 cereals, bread for toasting, mini croissants and pain au chocolat, cheese, ham, jam and marmalade.

Stay here a few weeks and had a much better experience. Checkin told we are full and you have to take a twin bed. Then asked to pay, however I had already prepaid. The room had a window which was an internal view. Bath struggled to stay filled as issue with plug. The light above the bath flashed on and off for a while then stayed off. The attiutide from reception was poor, we are full , nothing we can do!

Nie korzystałem wcześniej z Days Inn i byliśmy mile zaskoczeni. Miłe, ciepłe powitanie i pokój całkowicie odpowiedni na jeden nocleg. Tak, wymaga remontu, ale za te pieniądze jest to dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. W rzeczywistości na pewno skorzystamy ponownie w drodze do Southampton.

Hotel was clean, and handy location for the station. The room was quiet and although no A/C, a fan provided was quite adequate even though it was a very hot day. Bathroom a bit tired though.

Przyjemny pokój. Spędziłem tam tylko 8 godzin, więc nie skorzystałem z żadnych udogodnień hotelowych. Wystrój jest trochę zużyty, ale daleki od przestarzałego i zniszczonego. Sypialnia była odpowiedniej wielkości i schludna. Zapasy herbaty/kawy, woda butelkowana, suszarka do włosów, żelazko, mydło/szampon/żel pod prysznic. Jedyną rzeczą, która zawiodła podczas pobytu, było łóżko. Rama była trochę niestabilna, a materac bardzo „sprężysty” i tani. Nadal udało mi się dobrze spać, ale spałem w znacznie wygodniejszych łóżkach w podstawowych hotelach. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, za kwotę, którą zapłaciłem, pobyt był warty zachodu.

the location is really good.. the cleaning is also the same.. make sure your room has a window 🪟. I didn't notice this detail.. but the beds are flexible.. there is no toilet bowl or broom for the toilet and shampoo was scarce..

喜歡那裡熱鬧、安全，晚餐美味，有自己的風格

So I went there on Thursday 18th- Sunday 21st January. Myself and my husband got there and was greeted very politely by a lovely lady at the reception. We got to the room and was happy with everything. The only downside to the hotel is they don’t have dining services but there is a spoons next door. The staff are delightful and especially to the lady on Thursday (I can’t remember her name) and the 2 receptionists working on Thursday night :)
