Really friendly and helpful staff who couldn’t do enough to help. The room was clean and comfortable with a great shower. Really good buffet breakfast with grab bags easily available for anyone in a hurry. Ideal location for exploring Liverpool. Great value.

When we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC. I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did. Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there. I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this

Zatrzymaliśmy się na noc i zdecydowaliśmy się na śniadanie. Zameldowanie i pobyt przebiegły bezproblemowo i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pokoju. Łóżko było wygodne, toaleta i łazienka po prostu ładne. Tego samego nie można powiedzieć o śniadaniu, które przygotowywano późno (po 7 rano). Był gotowy dopiero około 7:20, co było dla nas spóźnieniem, ponieważ mieliśmy pociąg do złapania.

Hi, as we were leaving the hotel today I mentioned the cost of our stay was £193.50 for a one night stay with a continental breakfast! There was no kitchen facilities to offer a cooked breakfast or food. I feel this is soo expensive, your sight had no mention of the kitchen being closed or the replacement of a cooked breakfast with a basic continental option. I also mentioned the room 208 was tatty with stains on the carpet, the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. It was mentioned that because Everton were playing at home that’s why the cost went up!! I understand economics but to increase the cost by nearly £120 is ridiculous. We have stayed at the Aloft on a number of occasions but feel we won’t be returning in a hurry. Can you please look into my comments. I would appreciate some form of refund or compensation. The location The view for LFC parade Great view and great atmosphere The hotel reception All is good I have just one point , the security in front of the door for hotel activities should respect the hotel guests , I don’t wear ring for the activity but i am in hotel . He should ask me nicely without pushing me because i didn’t wear ring .

Lokalizacja jest doskonała, jeśli chodzi o zwiedzanie wszystkich atrakcji. Śniadanie kontynentalne w formie bufetu jest dobre. Jedynym minusem jest brak możliwości przygotowania pokoju i fatalne połączenie internetowe. Jeśli chcesz korzystać z Wi-Fi, otrzymasz 3 minuty darmowego Wi-Fi dziennie; w przeciwnym razie musisz zapłacić 3 funty dziennie.

Decent hotel. Had everything I needed. Clean bed sheets and en suite toilet/shower. A tad noisy due to central, busy location and my bedroom had a view of the rear yard of the bar with bins/kegs/bottles but room was more than adequate for a short stay. Good price, too. Polite staff. Would return.

Is a great place to stay . Room is nice and service is good . Location is not too far away from shopping area .

Good location, basic room. 30 mins free WiFi then £3 afterwards wasn't great. Front of house could do with a bit of customer service training (only the one who first saw us). Key card wouldn't work properly in the door leading to the corridor. Main light in the room not working.
