Mieliśmy fantastyczne pobyt w nocy. wspaniały personel, który chciał pomóc bardzo dbającą i zrozumienie bardzo pomocne przez cały czas, gdy tam byliśmy. śniadanie było niesamowite. Jestem bardzo wspaniale przedstawiony tym wszystkim, czego chciałeś, i wszystko ładnie pokazane i absolutnie wspaniale czyste, a pracownicy byli świetni więc Wood wrócić podziękować. Exceptional service for a half board stay on weekday that offered a tasty 3-course dinner and breakfast in such a premium hotel with pool, gym room, steam room and sauna! Definitely worth to come again and again!

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel and would happily go back. The room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to actually relax. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful without being overbearing, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. The location was super convenient, close to everything I needed but still felt calm. Overall, great value for money and a very easy, pleasant stay.

Świetny pobyt. Czysty. Blisko dworca kolejowego w Coventry. 20 minut spacerem od dworca autobusowego w Coventry. Personel był przyjazny. Jedynym rozczarowaniem było to, że myślałem, że w pokoju jest lodówka, ale nie było.

Nice relaxing place, beautiful garden. Only issue I had no water available at night. Vending machine cash only. Rest of hotel card only. Reception staff were not helpful. Could not offer a glass of water. Disappointed.

The hotel is ideally located bear the NEC Birmingham. We were there for an event, and combined it with a visit to our daughter in uni in the city. The amenaties were excelkent. Had dinner in the restaurant both nights. Food was of a high standard and reasonably priced. Woukd stay here again.

Established in 1879, this hotel is indeed the Grand Birmingham Hotel! It oozes classiness throughout. Our room was spacious but looking at the floor plan, that seems to be the standard! Bathrobes provided though not slippers. The shower has a door instead of the useless walk in panels that never work! No useless espresso cups but proper world map mugs for our coffees and tea in-room. Two comfortable arm chairs and the bed… The bed was a dream and I’m hoping to source the exact mattress topper and duvet! Perfect for me as a smoker, the hotel has an exclusive courtyard terrace on the first floor offering complimentary self service coffee. There are two adjacent restaurants to the hotel that uphold a dress code ensuring the premises is classy throughout. Beyond the hotel doors there’s plenty other eateries as the hotel is bang in the centre right by the Birmingham Cathedral: again perfect for our following Palm Sunday. The only thing I don’t understand is why the hotel entrance is not bigger and grander than it deserves.

Nie było gorącej wody przy przyjeździe ta była szybko sortowana przez personel jednak zostawili drzwi pokoju w awarii po lewej. Dzięki Bogu nic nie zostało ukradzione, ponieważ mój pokój był w rogu, więc nikt prawdopodobnie nie zauważył, ale to było bardzo złe doświadczenie. Jest praca budowlana od 9:00 do końca jest to zakończone na rzeźbienie bezpośrednio poza oknami, więc choć jest to tylko zakończone w godzinach pracy, hałas jest niesamowicie nadmierny. Okna są tak rozmyte, że nie mogą się zobaczyć, również w pobliżu stacji autobusowych, które często budzą się autobusami indeling.

Room is great size and has all the basic amenities you'll need in a three star hotel. It's clean and definitely updated compared to how it used to look years ago. Unfortunately, there's no AC, bed is a bit smaller compared to standard hotel. Bathroom was leaking when showering. Tap needs greasing as it was a bit stiff to lift. W/C flush needs fixing so it flushes properly. WiFi was very slow and intermittent. The reception area as well as the building exterior unfortunately still looks tired and dated still after so many years. I wish they'd repaint it as it's next to the bus station. Also, the breakfast food were overcooked. Bacon, chewy, hash brown looks likes cooked in used oil as it's so brown rather than golden colour. The brown bread taste bitter. The coffee wasn't nice either. I think it's time that Britannia invest in modernising their Coventry City centre chain. .
