Hotele Pet friendly w: Capital Region, Iceland

I ordered a room with a bathroom and got a shared bathroom instead. The place was poor. They had a strange door lock you had to push a small switch on the edge of the door to lock it, with no instructions on how it worked. So another guest entered our room and woke us up. Our room backed up to a shared dining room with a very loud coffee machine that woke us up very early in the morning when other guests used it. The towels were very old and small. It was bad. The location was the only redeeming quantity. We canceled a future night booked for the end of our trip. Russ

Very convenient location, no. 12 bus stop is just around the corner of the hotel. Can walk to the city centre in 15-20 minutes. Breakfast is very good with big variety of food. Will stay in this hotel again next time when visit Iceland.

Idealna lokalizacja na krótki przystanek w Reykjaviku. Nie jest to najczystsze miejsce (zlew i kuchenka były trochę brudne, ale hej… czego się spodziewać? Jest bardzo czysto w porównaniu z innymi hostelami/hotelami ze wspólnymi kuchniami!), ale i tak warte każdej wydanej złotówki. Pojechałabym tam ponownie w każdej chwili. Mają przytulną bibliotekę. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, naprawdę podoba mi się klimat tego miejsca 🫶🏻

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our spacious family room provided plenty of space for everyone. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for families or anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

Reykjavik Grand to znany lokalny hotel, którego specjalnością powinna być restauracja, posiadający wiele wielokrotnie nagradzanych certyfikatów szefa kuchni, a nawet przygotowywał desery dla Białego Domu. Recepcja jest bardzo przyjazna, ale uważaj, aby pozostać po stronie wieżowca nad piątym piętrem, ponieważ rury wodociągowe w wieży na czwartym piętrze nadal mają zapach siarki, co jest niedopuszczalne. Pokój był OK, z widokiem na katedrę i morze.

I strongly recommend that hotel. Yes, it is overpriced but it is the average value in Reykjavik as well. Breakfast is perfect and the staff is kind.

I love the service, especially allowing early check-in or storing luggage so I may freely explore the city. The hotel room was clean and tidy, spacious and very comfortable. I like the breakfasts are included in the price, and would like more variety instead of the same choices every day. Other than that, a good stay for a good price.
