The hotel is clean and the room is spacious, if you’re into Zen etc then it’s perfect location for that, Otherwise you will need to resort to shuttle bus and in our case we rented a car to get around the local areas. I didn’t know that regardless of you use it or not you will be charged for the onsen fee, which no one tell us at check in, it’s a small thing but it would be nice to be told everything upfront.
In whole, this is a good hotel~ the staff are nice and they help us to call a taxi. However, the public transport is very inconvenient in Ito, so maybe travel by car is a better choice
The sea view is unbeatable, and it's a 5-6 minute walk from the station. They offer a shuttle service to the station upon checkout, by appointment. A centipede ran into my room... but they changed my room when I requested it, which was fine. I stayed for three days, and the breakfast was decent. The service was typical Japanese, meaning you couldn't really find any fault with it. The biggest surprise was on the day of checkout: there was a huge typhoon in Izu, all trains were stopped. While we were feeling helpless at the station, a hotel front desk staff member arrived! They told us that because we had previously booked a shuttle, they were taking us to the larger Izu-Kogen station! I was so touched! That's truly Japanese service, solving an urgent problem! Overall, it was really good!
What a view. Shabu Shabu dinner is delicious with all you can drink sparkling wine and beer! The room is spacious. Big bathing room with a tub. Large balcony. I just love it all.
Underestimate the desolation of Izu Kogen Station. Remember to call ahead to make an appointment to pick up and drop off the hotel. There should be Chinese people who can let Chinese people pick up the phone, but generally there will be no cars at four or five at the latest. If the last bus is more than 6 o'clock I want to call a car in a kiosk. If you can’t speak Japanese, you can only try your luck and wait, especially when there is no car
The room is ok. Although the Japanese bed is a bit harder, it is wide and clean.
This was my first time glamping. The room was very spacious and I was very satisfied! The BBQ equipment and dishes were also plentiful, which was great.
However, there were a few things that bothered me. First, the public bath was extremely small. There were only three showers in the small bathhouse. At night, there was a traffic jam, and people were waiting outside.
Also, since there are no toilets in each room, you have to walk to the toilet in the cold at night.
Furthermore, the bed was very narrow, and my friend, who is quite large, slept very cramped.
Aside from these points, it was very comfortable and I was very satisfied!
GGuest UserThis is a bit worn out and simple hotel. The best things were the extremely friendly and helpful staff, as well as the super delicious dinner & breakfast that was included in the price. I ate maybe the most delicious croissant ever here. The variety and the quality of food was great. Things to improve are the facilities, especially the onsen. It’s very small but more importantly, it wasn’t well maintained and there was no emergency button. When my mom felt like fainting, it wasn’t possible to call for help.
Also the air conditioner in the room was very loud, making it difficult to sleep. All in all, good stay.
DDeercfoodAlthough Li arrived at Mount Fuji, he was still very happy.
Hotel location is included, but there is a shuttle bus, so it is not difficult to Li. The hotel is very big, divided into several areas on the left, it seems that there is a BBQ area, star vacant rooms, etc., there are pets to talk to definitely can live in Li. I am the most affordable room in Jane Zuo, but the rooms are good. There is an outdoor bathtub. I am with another partner to watch the sunset and listen to the birds on the edge of Mount Fuji.
And breakfast and dinner are a few good food, the clerk English is good. I really want to play fireworks all day, and I can play it all.
I hope that the hotel will be more people to know
