The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. It is a nice quiet spot if you just wanna get away. The restaurant next to it has excellent food. The only thing I wish that was different is that I traveled with a toddler who could unlock all the doors. I wish they had a lock above the deadbolt on the main door.

It’s a fairly modern and new construction. Parking is free. It is next to a highway exit and therefore convenient for South NH and North MA. Heating is very good - it was in middle of winter with temperatures of negative fifteen and snow every where. The breakfast is American with scrambled eggs, muffin and toasts, oatmeal and pancakes. They have yoghurt as well. There are nice restaurants in neighbourhood. Clean rooms and towels and well maintained Overall very good value for money.

Parking lot was awesome— it was like we r in the private parking lot in the wood. I was staying on 204. Staff was kind enough, but due to covid19, theres no cleaning service for a few days, which is hotel will not reduce the room fare either. Breakfast was the paper bag (commercial muffin and little bottle water, tangerine) Hotel lobby was replace with one of the hotel room, everytime i need to knock it to enter, It was sucks that i cannot go to the lobby to get hot water or something.

Very Good
GGuest UserMy brother stayed overnight for a trip to the Cog Railway the next day. The inn was easy to find and the local area was beautiful. We were offered our choice of a room in the main house or in the annex near the river. We chose the latter for the balcony facing the river - the breeze felt great and the sound of the water was relaxing. Everything was clean and in working order and the beds were comfortable. In the morning, they had our breakfast ready for us as soon as the restaurant opened so that we could head out early to the Cog Railway. All in all, a very good stay - would highly recommend!

GGuest UserNice, clean and quiet hotel. There was coffee provided in the morning in the lobby with sugar and powdered creamer. The elevator was quick and the wait was always short. The fourth floor room was on the small side however it was clean and quiet with a good heat and air conditioning system. The bathroom was better than I expected however the water pressure in the shower was inadequate although there was enough water. The bathroom was spotless. The TV and microwave worked well. All in all, I would stay there again.

GGuest UserThis is the second time we’ve stayed here and we have loved it each time. We stayed in the carriage house because I can’t really do stairs very well. The breakfasts have always been delicious and the proprietors were thoughtful and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and the building itself is beautiful.
