Terrific location, fantastic service, even better than in pictures!

Przyjechaliśmy 1-go, w dniu oficjalnego otwarcia. Pierwsze dwa dni były wyjątkowe – obsługa, jedzenie, personel, napoje, udogodnienia i atrakcje były świetne. Niestety, drobne niedogodności zaczęły się trzeciego dnia – ekipa sprzątająca nie wymieniła kilku kosmetyków, a sprzątanie rozpoczęło się później niż planowano (najprawdopodobniej z powodu napływu gości). Jakość jedzenia, choć wciąż dobra, była równie dobra, jak w dniu otwarcia. Szczerze mówiąc, dałbym im kolejną szansę, ponieważ personel był NAJWAŻNIEJSZYM ATRAKCJĄ naszego pobytu, podobnie jak nasz pokój.

Initially our room was not very nice- damp bed, broken toilet handle, intermittent hot water and generally tired. However the management did address the issues by moving us to another room. The maids did a lovely job at creating new animals out of the blankets and added flowers on arrival. Unfortunately the first evening meal was a disaster. One main meal was overcooked and served before starter (which was incorrect) and the 2nd main meal was served incorrectly twice. Finally, the front desk resolved some of the issues but no ‘compensation/ token, for the errors was offered.  The following days were better, the breakfast was good and the staff made an effort to make our stay better. Although the hotel needs some renovations it was a chill and pleasant stay. Small beach but sunsets were beautiful.

Jedyną dobrą rzeczą w tym Aloft jest lokalizacja. Nie przechowają twojego bagażu, jeśli przyjedziesz wcześniej, ponieważ wydaliby wszystkie swoje pieniądze, żebyś zapłacił 42 dolary za wcześniejsze zameldowanie. Każą ci siedzieć w lobby przez wiele godzin, aż do czasu zameldowania. Darmowe drinki w barze były bardzo rozwodnione. Najprawdopodobniej nie zatrzymam się tu następnym razem, gdy będę w Cancun.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Ibis Hotel in Cancún. The property is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money. The rooms are simple but modern and well-maintained — exactly what you need for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with any questions. The location is excellent, right next to a Walmart Express and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and transport connections. It’s also convenient for joining local tours and excursions. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The hotel feels safe and organized, and everything worked smoothly from check-in to check-out. Overall, a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Cancún — I would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for good value, cleanliness, and convenience.

Oplichterij m.b.t. de touristentax (6x meer dan wat de Trip app aangaf). zo denk je een ”goedkoop” hotel te hebben (€28) en wordt het zo ineens €33.

Fantastic hotel Jorge and Cesar were the shining lights when we arrived and they remembered us through our stay. All members of staff bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and came with everything you needed, the pool was really relaxing and the breakfast was so tasty with different options every morning. If you are looking for your moneys worth then this is the hotel for you!

A charming resort right by the beach. My room has the most amazing sunrise view. But do take note, it’s an eco-friendly resort, so there’s no phone, TV or minibar. Every request is done through WhatsApp. Its own restaurant has quite the menu to sate your appetite, though there are tons of eateries outside on the main street. The best place to relax and switch off from the world.

The overall environment is good, I will choose next time I stay, the price is very good, the recommended choice, the service ecology is good, worthy of praise. Friends also like this hotel, the location is also good.

Jest dobry pod każdym względem i spełnia spójne standardy hoteli InterContinental. Obiekty są kompletne, śniadanie jest obfite, plaża jest bardzo piękna, basen jest czysty, warunki sanitarne są dobre, a obsługa jest bardzo ciepła i przyjazna. Jedyną wadą jest brak autobusu wahadłowego na lotnisko. W przypadku luksusowych hoteli w dzielnicy hotelowej Cancun powinno to być koniecznością, w przeciwnym razie obniży się wydajność kosztowa hotelu.
