It wasn't any phone in the room and if you wanted to talk to the reception, you have to take elevator, which usually was either delayed or crowded and have to wait for at least 5 to 10 minutes and when you speak with them, they didn't do anything about it.

Good location, stay 4 nights, easy accessibility by bus / trams from train station, in fact we had walk from train station to hotel when just arrived. Staffs is very helpful to assist in our get around enquiries.

Lokalizacja jest bardzo strategiczna, wymaga spaceru około 10 minut od głównego dworca kolejowego w Malmoe. Hotel również bardzo blisko ulicy handlowej. Śniadania bardzo dobre, serwują pyszny szwedzki ser, salami i pastę z wątróbek. W pokoju nie ma klimatyzacji, jest dość duszno, należy otworzyć okna, aby zapewnić wentylację. Słychać ludzi rozmawiających i wyścigi samochodów na ulicy o północy

Great location, close to central station.. fantastic hospitality.. liked the way the staff welcomed and the pleasant conversation. Food was excellent.. neat and clean rooms, even the checkout was smooth. This is place where we will go again if opportunity comes..

Transport: Hotel znajduje się około 15 minut spacerem od dworca kolejowego w Malmö. Można tam dotrzeć deptakiem w centrum miasta. W Malmö nie ma zbyt wielu atrakcji i wszystkie znajdują się w odległości spaceru od hotelu. Pokój: Pokój rodzinny jest duży, z podwójnym łóżkiem i rozkładaną sofą oraz wystarczającą ilością miejsca na otwarcie bagażu. Pokój wyposażony jest w kuchnię i zastawę stołową. Nadaje się na dłuższy pobyt i gotowanie własnych posiłków. Ale w pokoju nie ma kawy i herbaty. Pokój był bardzo czysty. Śniadanie: Podobnie jak w większości skandynawskich hoteli, są trzy lub cztery rodzaje szynki, salami, smażonych kiełbasek i bekonu. Jest niewiele warzyw i owoców, tylko ogórki, pomidory, papryka i arbuz. Inne to różne jogurty, pieczywo, płatki zbożowe i inne produkty spożywcze, do których Europejczycy są przyzwyczajeni.

為了參加附近的展會而定了這家飯店，整體中規中矩，復古風格，電梯門需要手動拉開較為不便 早餐非常豐盛，有多種麵包、煙燻火腿、起士、搭配麥片的奶類飲品，煙燻鮭魚非常搶手，還有鵝肝醬，炒蘑菇跟炒蛋非常美味 房間空間稍小，但浴室地板有加熱讓人驚豔！ 很可惜房間的冰箱第一天壞掉，但飯店人員隔天就換了新冰箱，並且贈送兩張酒吧的抵用卷賠償我損壞的食物。價格剛好能抵用兩份餐點，也相當美味 入住時剛好飯店外觀在整修，沒看到完整外觀有點可惜

I arrived at around 11 am. I was very surprised that they let me check-in at such an early time. The staff was very nice. Great sea view and a very spacious room that i can fully open my large luggage. Breakfast was delicious but not too many options

It was generally very good hotel. However, when we got there there was no bed for our son in our family room. I asked for a bed three times and finally at 8 o’clock in the evening, I had to go down to the reception and collect the bed sheets and one of the receptionists got the bed on our room and we had to set the bed up. Poor housekeeping. However, the room was great specious. The temperature control was not appropriate, too hot. Parking was not convenient either, a lot too pay really.

Hotel is excellent and clean. I love the breakfast. It is amazing. Staff are so friendly. I will sure stay here again.
