The hotel room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains once closed, the room became completely dark, which made it perfect for a good night’s rest. Even during the daytime, the room stayed wonderfully dark and peaceful. Also got a workout in the gym. However, I was disappointed with one aspect of my stay. Since I had a late flight, I requested a late checkout. Unfortunately, there was ongoing construction noise that made it difficult to rest. The constant sound was quite frustrating and took away from what would have otherwise been a very relaxing experience. Overall, the room itself was excellent, but the noise issue impacted my final impression.

Overall, this is a nice hotel to stop by in the way to Las Vegas. One disappointment is that my room didn't have hair dryer.

Hotel był bardzo dobry. Autobus z LAX nie istniał. Samolot przyleciał o 22:00, autobus przeleciał trzy razy i się nie zatrzymał. Przypuszczam, że był już pełny. Musiałem wziąć autobus, żeby zamówić Ubera. Dotarłem do hotelu o 1:30 w nocy, czekając na autobus, który się nie zatrzymał. Z tego powodu nie będę rezerwował hotelu Hilton w przyszłości. Na tym samym statku czekali na niego inni goście.

The promised 'every half hour' airport shuttle was nonexistent; I waited for almost an hour and ultimately had to call the hotel to request pickup. More troubling was the clear difference in staff hospitality: employees were friendly only toward Bonvoy members and treated guests who booked via third-party services (such as Trip.com) with indifference or coldness

The environment is very nice, but the buffet breakfast doesn't live up to the price; it's worse than many hotels that offer free breakfast.

I lived on the first floor so it was kind of loud. On my first night, there was some motor thing outside the room so I could hear a noise and it was hard to sleep. Thankfully, the front desk was able to switch me to a different room the next day.

We stayed in a deluxe city view room at Hilton Financial District—beautiful views and a warm welcome! The TV greeted us with a personalized “Welcome Cristopher,” which was a thoughtful touch. Staff were friendly and let us check in early. Great location near Chinatown, with amazing food—thanks to Denmark for recommending House of Nanking! Room was clean and well-priced.

Location is perfect and convenient, and a big supermarket is on the opposite of road. Diversity restaurants are nearby. Room space is big, but air condition seems not controllable, still workable. Overall, from CP value, it is worthy.

very nice. the room is kept clean all the time as long as i call the service. the frontdesk service is also gentle and professional. really enjoy this trip.

Everything went very smoothly from booking to check in/out. Was given complimentary late check out as well.
