I enjoyed the private beach and the pool and the view was so beautiful! I enjoyed the breakfast too, I wished there was more variety though but it all tasted really good.

Prawdziwa dziewczyna z jedzeniem i fantastycznymi widokami.
Byłyśmy bardzo szczęśliwi, że wybraliśmy ten hotel.Jest to wszystko nowe, czyste i istnieje fantastyczne atmosfery spokoju i relaksu.
Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z restauracji hotelowej. Od Włochów, zawsze jesteśmy trochę sceptyczny hahaha .... Tam obiadliśmy jedną noc i świeża ryba była wyjątkowa. Śniadanie w formie bufetu było również super, z wieloma lokalnymi i świeżymi opcjami.
Zdjęcia basenu są 100% realistyczne (prawdopodobnie pojawia się wątpliwość, ale są absolutnie podobne do zdjęć): jest niesamowity basen z masażem wody w pobliżu, a wszystko z widokiem na morze i inny normalny basen, który nie jest gigantyczny, ale jest Piękny, ponieważ można pływać, odprężyć i podziwiać krajobraz i zachód słońca. Nasz pokój był przestronny, nowoczesny i z prywatnym balkonem, intymny i bez hałasu, a także cieszyliśmy się krajobrazem.
Pracownicy są bardzo przyjazne i profesjonalne. Dziękuję Florian i Johana (Mam nadzieję, że napisałem nazwiska w prawo) za taką dostępność od początku do końca.
Ah, ważne uwaga: przed rezerwacją, czytałem kilka recenzji na Google, które mówiły o drodze do przyjazdu, mówiąc, że to było straszne i niebezpieczne. Tak, droga jest w górę, ale jest całkowicie wykonalna i w cementu i po prostu chodziło na fortepian; nie pozwólcie się tego bać, bo widok i spokój, który macie z góry jest warte wzniesienia!

Lovely newly furnished, modern and very clean hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, they made our stay very comfortable and hospitable. The rooftop view is amazing especially during sunset and good breakfast selection too!

Siamo stati contentissimi di aver scelto questo hotel. È tutto nuovo, pulitissimo e c'è un'atmosfera di pace e relax fantastica.
Siamo rimasti davvero contentissimi del ristorante dell'hotel. da italiani , siamo sempre un po scettici hahaha....Abbiamo cenato lì una sera e il pesce fresco era eccezionale. Anche la colazione a buffet è stata super, con un sacco di opzioni locali e fresche.
Le foto della piscina sono 100% realistiche ( giustamente viene il dubbio ma sono assolutamente come da foto): cè un'incredibile piscina a sfioro con un idromassaggio proprio accanto, e tutto con vista sul mare e un'altra piscina normale che non è gigante ma è bellissima perche puoi nuotare, rilassarti e amirare il panorama e il tramonto da li. La nostra camera era spaziosa, moderna e con un balcone privato, intimo e senza alcun rumore e anche li ci siamo goduti il panorama.
Non è da meno il servizio. Lo staff è davvero gentile e professionale. Un grazie di cuore a Florian e Johana (spero di aver scritto giusto i nomi) per essere stati così disponibili dall'inizio alla fine.
Ah, una nota importante: prima di prenotare avevo letto qualche recensione su Google che parlava della strada per arrivare, dicendo che era orribile e pericolosa. Onestamente, mi sembrano molto esagerate. Sì, la strada è in salita, ma è assolutamente fattibile e in cemento e bastava andare pianino. Non lasciatevi spaventare da questo, perché la vista e la tranquillità che si hanno da lassù valgono tutta la salita!
Non possiamo che raccomandarlo!

CClair-JWe spent 3 nights here in May, and honestly we will be back! Lovely hotel, and fabulous beach! Our room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed (including water in the fridge and tea/coffee). It was also cleaned every day to a high standard. The breakfast (free!) was fab, lots of choice and nice and fresh! The beach and sun bed were amazing, beautiful and right in front of the hotel!!! We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was really good! Grilled shrimp and Mediterranean salad were a highlight for me :-) but what really makes this place is the staff - friendly, kind, helpful and really focussed on good service! Shout out to thw young chap who is also a painter and decorator (when he’s not a waiter) - so helpful and friendly the staff on reception (very helpful) and the wonderful staff in the beach bar who made it so we could watch the football :-) location is also fab - outside of town, but only 30 mins walk and so nice and peaceful! Wpuld highly recommend!

I am blown away with how helpful the staff were and how caring , I was leaving on the last day at 4am and a manager made me breakfast to take with me , I have had the best 5 nights away , the room was incredible ,food incredible location is perfect as you are literally 8 mins walk from two of the nicest beaches in Ksamil ,
The staff helped with food recommendations ,and tours and places to visit , and if I needed anything they were so happy to help , I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here if they venture here ,and I hope to come back soon
I want to send a massive thank you and send my gratitude to everyone ,thank you so so much for making a solo traveller feel less alone

GGuest UserThe room is a bit hot at the beginning because the AC and the fridge were turned of when we arrived so they took time to run properly.
The pool was fun however since it’s a outdoor pool so it wasn’t that clean, just at an acceptable level.
Some lights weren’t lighting
The toilet is not very clean - it smells.
The shower sometimes doesn’t have hot water and sometimes worser, doesn’t have water at all.
But one good thing about it is that the toilet and the shower are separated, that’s especially useful when we’re travelling in a group of 5 as we can use different areas at the same time.
View is beautiful - sea view
Good location, many beaches and restaurants around it.

GGuest UserI recently spent six nights at Hotel Julia in Sarandë with a friend, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The hotel is run by a lovely family who went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming throughout our visit.
Our room was spotless, cleaned daily, and had a beautiful view from the balcony—perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was excellent every morning, very generous portions, and served in a scenic setting.
The location is ideal—close to the beach and city center, but still quiet enough to relax. Most of all, the staff were amazing. Their hospitality made our stay truly special. I highly recommend Hotel Julia and would definitely return!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location. I would have appreciated having extra blankets already in the room, as I was cold for two nights. Unfortunately, the in-room phone wasn’t working, and since I was already in my pajamas, I didn’t go downstairs to inform the front desk. When I mentioned it the next morning, I was told the blankets were there, but they weren’t. That was a bit frustrating. Aside from that, everything else was good

GGuest UserGreat service with great host and great facilities(pool especially and clean room) Even though we arrived late, which was 3 AM, hosts helped us check in easily. Moreover, we woke up late and the breakfast time was over but the host asked us whether we want breakfast. Everyone was super nice and generous.
The outdoor pool was great to swim. Also 15 minutes away from the bus terminal which made us come here easily

AAlan013The room was clean, the staff was super helpful and nice. The pool outside was amazing and open for a long time, they provide towels. The breakfast was amazing with lots of different options. The only thing missing was a thicker blanket. And the time for checkout is pretty early.
