Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

Najpierw dziękuję kelnerowi Ashingowi, serwis jest wrażliwy, uważny i intymny, obsługa jest w odpowiednim czasie i jest bardzo ciepła. Było to wspaniałe! Ogólnie hotel jest szczególnie dobry, otoczenie jest spokojne i ciche, oddalone od urbanizmu, co sprawia, że czuje się bardzo wyluzowany. Wyposażenie pokoju jest doskonałe, rozsądne ujęcie, łatwe w użyciu, miękkie łóżko, bardzo wygodne mieszkanie. Zdrowie jest bardzo dobrze wykonane, pomieszczenia są czyste, a obszary publiczne są dobrze załatwione, a szczegóły są bardzo uważnie. W nocy zorganizowano gości, by zobaczyć gwiazdy na zewnątrz, piękną widoki na zewnątrz, piękną niebo, nie szukać miejsca, iść za nim, bezpiecznie i spokojnie, a nocą doświadczyć.

We very much enjoyed our brief stay at JW Marriott in Yinchuan. A real highlight is the breakfast provided - a very wide selection with some local choices too. The room was very clean and comfortable and we would happily stay in the same hotel if visiting the area in the future.

定的兩間帳篷，和朋友報着體驗一晚，環境不好也將就一下的心態，到了以後是超出預期的，接待我們的大哥小李哥很熱情，住宿環境也還可以，公共淋浴衞生都打掃得比較及時 還是乾淨的。 也提供早餐。晚上還有篝火和煙花。小李哥還幫我們約第二天去沙坡頭景區的車，貼心大哥！

I’m very happy to have stayed at this hotel. I got to know He Boyuan, Li Wen, and Li Zhuolv. I am extremely grateful to these three housekeepers, even though I don’t speak Mandarim, they made their best to make us feel welcome. He Boyuan specially customized a birthday cake and flowers for us and made my birthday specia. She is an incredibly considerate housekeeper who provided excellent service. The overall experience was fantastic.

I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious. Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try. Thanks Wanda Realm Family.

這次來銀川出差，選了悦蘭山維景酒店，真的被狠狠驚喜到了！ 一進門就被大堂的顏值戳中了，那個羽毛造型的吊燈也太有質感了吧，拍照巨出片！前台小滕和小波真的太加分了，態度熱情到完全不敷衍，辦理入住又快又細心，還主動給我們介紹了酒店的大堂吧、早餐時間，甚至貼心提醒了周邊的遊玩路線，細節感拉滿！ 大堂吧的環境也超舒服，酒櫃佈置得很有格調，還有寧夏特色的八寶茶，細節裏全是用心。房間乾淨整潔，床品軟乎乎的，住得特別安心。 本來衹是隨便訂的一家酒店，結果直接被服務和環境圈粉！下次來銀川絕對還住這兒，必須給小滕、小波和整個酒店五星好評，太值得推薦了！

ZZhacairousiThis truly lives up to its reputation as Yinchuan's best five-star hotel. First, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially the bathroom, which was surprisingly large—it felt even bigger than the bedroom! The shower pressure was fantastic, and the toiletries were a British brand with a lovely, natural scent. The bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. They even provided a capsule coffee machine with coffee capsules. The complimentary shoe-shining service was a thoughtful touch, and the in-room internet was fast and reliable. Secondly, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The Western pastry selection, especially the flaky croissants, was authentic and delicious. The live cooking stations for Eggs Benedict and egg white rolls are features you typically only find in top-tier five-star hotels. They also had freshly squeezed watermelon juice and rich, high-quality coffee. What really impressed me were the local Ningxia specialties in the Chinese section, such as Jinsi Sanzi, Tangmaya, Tangmaye, fried pastries, and mung bean cakes. The chef even enthusiastically introduced these local delicacies to me. And of course, there were other Ningxia specialties like lamb soup, lamb pies, beef buns, and goji berry yogurt—I was extremely satisfied. Finally, all the hotel staff provided excellent service, especially the housekeeping attendant on the day I checked in. This lady deserves special commendation for her thoughtful and warm service. The front desk even accommodated my request to keep a room key card, specially giving me a pristine commemorative card. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the Ningxia Museum. The JW Marriott Hotel Yinchuan left a wonderful impression on me. Yinchuan truly is a beautiful and friendly city.

GGuest UserThe Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan truly lives up to its five-star reputation. The rooms are spacious and bright, with excellent amenities, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are very convenient. The toiletries, bath towels, and hand towels were all impeccably clean, and the large bath towels were especially comfortable. The lobby is quite grand and impressive. The staff were all very welcoming, especially the gentleman at the front desk who checked me in. He was patient, thorough, and attentive. Since I'm older and have trouble sleeping, I requested a quiet room, and the staff member, whose name tag read 'Qiao,' arranged it perfectly for me. The baggage handlers in the lobby were also very friendly. The Kempinski's management is quite generous; I came back late one night and realized I'd forgotten to buy water, and the front desk immediately arranged for four bottles to be sent to my room. I'm truly grateful for that. The breakfast selection was also quite rich.

JJiangmiyeyeI was looking for a hotel that would be comfortable for introverts – a place where I could relax, enjoy the scenery, people-watch, observe the wind, birds, and insects, with minimal interaction but genuine service, and quick responses when needed. serendipitously, I found it this time. A few days before check-in, the housekeeper set up a WeChat group to inquire about our arrival method and dining reservations. After check-in, we received reminders and activity notifications. Before bed, we got a night reminder and the on-duty staff's phone number. Throughout, there was no unnecessary chatter or disturbance, and face-to-face interactions were warm and sincere. Upon entering the manor, the May grapevines were still slowly growing, and all I saw was a vast expanse of loess. However, stepping into the lobby, the contrast was striking – an indoor tropical garden! Staghorn ferns, banana trees, vines, orchids, and other plants thrived beautifully; some banana trees even bore fruit. The restaurant on the second floor offered a panoramic view of the Helan Mountains, with the side profile of the Reclining Buddha clearly visible. If the weather was good, we could enjoy the sunset from the restaurant, watching the sun slowly disappear behind the mountains, painting the sky with brilliant hues. While the accommodation already met my expectations, the restaurant's delicious food was truly a pleasant surprise. Perhaps it's my stereotype, but I've always felt that guesthouse restaurants tend to be a bit pricey and the food generally mediocre. Who would have thought that the dinner was so good that my family and I decided to book lunch for the next day before we even finished eating? For dinner, we ordered stewed lamb from Yanchi, scrambled eggs with sand onion, and 'tangmian youxiang' (half portion). For lunch the next day: 'chuanzui' carp, fragrant goji berry shoots, and lamb buns or dumplings? Oh, I forgot… The taste was on par with, or even surpassed, well-known old restaurants in the city. (Two dishes and one staple were more than enough for two people – I was stuffed! Order moderately, don't be as gluttonous as me!) Finally, a big thank you to our housekeeper Niu Niu, store manager Li Yang, and the other staff members. Niu Niu was always enthusiastic and polite in all our interactions, always greeting us with a smile. Store manager Li Yang provided detailed explanations during the evening wine tasting, ensuring everyone felt included (even us in the corner, hahaha!). And to the other young people whose names I can't recall but whose brief encounters left an impression: the girl who led us on the cellar tour; the clear-eyed young man who diligently used a lint roller to pick up stray hairs in each room; and the curly-haired guy who effortlessly lifted our luggage when we got out of the car. Also, the sisters in the restaurant – every single person made me feel genuinely welcome, polite, and never intrusive. I'm already looking forward to my next visit with friends for a longer stay!

GGuest UserOur first night was in a capsule room, which was quite spacious and comfortable for adults, and the kids really enjoyed it. For the second and third nights, we moved to a different room. Half of the curtains didn't block out light, the toilet constantly ran 24/7, and the shower would suddenly turn completely cold every three minutes or so. It was really terrible; it might just be a hardware issue with that particular room.

GGuest UserThe room environment feels comfortable, the hotel is in a good location, and the transportation is generally convenient. Duoduo at the front desk said that there is Hengdian Cinema nearby. We went to the snack street in the evening, which is not far from the hotel and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The room is comfortable and sanitary, the front desk and room attendants are happy to provide all kinds of help, the facilities are very smart, and the price-performance ratio is good. It is the first choice for next stay.

QQiqishiキキTengol really brought my desert fantasies to life, it felt like something out of One Thousand and One Nights! The facilities are top-notch; the rammed-earth architecture creates an incredible atmosphere. There's some room for improvement on the service side, though. The front desk area is too small – it gets really cramped with just a few people, and with only two check-in stations, efficiency is a bit low. Plus, every available space is piled with luggage, which looks messy and isn't very aesthetic. The breakfast was excellent and diverse, featuring local specialties like freshly prepared 'saunzi' noodles, sand onion bread, and camel milk. The complimentary dune buggy ride was fantastic – super thrilling and a lot of fun!

After the food arrived, I had to make two calls, which might be due to a lack of timely communication between the housekeeping and dining departments. GGuest UserWe had a great stay at the Hyatt. The location is great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and has lots of options. My only complaint is that the room was warm and you are unable to adjust the temperature. Thankfully we had a balcony and could leave the door open and they also provided a fan, but otherwise it would have been very uncomfortable.

GGuest UserI came to the Anmo Hotel at the foot of Helan Mountain and stayed there for a night, with direct views of the mountain. The room facilities are very well maintained, and you can see Helan Mountain right from inside your room. The view from the lobby bar is even more exceptional. The complimentary travel photography offered by the hotel also produces amazing pictures, and the evening stargazing activity was explained in great detail. The service didn't disappoint either. Special shout-outs to Alan and Yulia at the front desk, and William from concierge, for their meticulous service during check-in and check-out.
