While the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, several aspects of the stay were disappointing—especially considering the nightly room rate. One major issue was the €22 per day charge for parking. Many comparable hotels offer complimentary parking as a standard courtesy, so this felt unnecessary. Another inconvenience was the lack of daily replenishment of bottled water in the room. This is a small but basic amenity that many hotels provide, and its absence was noticeable. Additionally, the room itself felt quite old and in need of some updates. It didn’t quite match the standard expected for the price. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket, just about 2 to 3 minutes away, making it easy to grab any essentials. Overall, these added costs, the room's condition, and the overlooked details made the stay feel less guest-friendly and not quite worth the price.

It’s quite a walk from the Hbf, but the road is smooth and easy. The hotel is very close to other train stations and a large shopping mall where you can find everything, including a food court. Just keep in mind the closing times. If you need anything late, you’ll have to walk back toward the Hbf side, since the nearby Rewe closes early along with the mall. The room was nice and fairly priced overall. Breakfast was good, with slight changes to the options each day, which I appreciated. My favorites were the hash browns and fried mushrooms. The croissant, however, was just average compared to the ones at the Adina in Nuremberg.

Me and my husband are satisfied with the stay at Seminaris Hotel. The room was a good size, wide beds and modern decor. Bathroom was very clean, but bits of mould were sticking out through the grout in the shower. Also there were coffee stains on the floor in the less accessible bits of the room. For example there was a floor lamp that wasn’t moved for a while and the floor was not wiped there… but in general a pleasant experience. A fair choice of foods at breakfast and lot of space to sit down and relax.

”Geheimtipp” für alle, die absolut ruhig ( sofern die anderen Gäste mitmachen” im schönsten Viertel Stuttgarts wohnen und die City trotzdem zu Fuß oder per Bus in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichen wollen und kein Restaurant brauchen. Die Wellnessabteilung ist gemessen an der Größe des Hotels sehr gut, vor allem die Sauna. Nur der ” Fitnessraum ” ist ein fensterloses Kaemmerchen. Schlecht ist auch die Parksituation: das Hotel verfügt über ca. 12 Plätze, bei mehr Gästen wird's knapp, Alle Anliegerstrassen sind, allerdings nur werktags gebuehrenpflichtig

Z pewnością 10-12 raz w hotelu z połączeniem termicznym i chciałem odwiedzić ponownie po zmianie operatora. W rzeczywistości nic się nie zmieniło, obszar śniadaniowy i lobby zostały odnowione. Wszystkie starsze pokoje wydają się być odnowione. Mieliśmy piękny duży pokój w głównym budynku, a także śniadanie w formie bufetu trudno otworzyć życzenia. Wyjazd jest teraz 12:00, tak długo jak można korzystać z łazienki nadal za darmo. Podobało nam się i cieszyliśmy się, że wróciliśmy.

Absolut empfehlenswert – modern, hochwertig und herzlich! Das Hotel ist total schön, neu, modern und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet , einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Alles glänzt, ist tipptopp sauber und stilvoll gestaltet. Man wird sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen, das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett, höflich und kompetent. Man merkt, dass sich hier wirklich Mühe gegeben wird, den Gästen einen tollen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Das Frühstück war hervorragend – liebevoll dekoriert, mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Besonders hervorzuheben: der perfekt zubereitete Avocado-Toast mit Ei Benedikt – einfach ein Traum! Auch der Kaffee war richtig lecker und wurde freundlich serviert. Die Lage ist zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht, hier kann man wunderbar entspannen. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist stilvoll und sehr schön abgestimmt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder!

Sehr gutes und angenehmes Hotel in Sindelfingen. Preis/Leistungsverhaeltnis passt. Jeder Zeit wieder....

Es gab nix auszusetzen, tolles Frühstück

床和枕頭特別舒服，在這沒有失眠的煩惱 房間中間是個餐廳花園，週五晚上最熱鬧 酒店裡裝修擺設很有藝術氛圍 酒店附近有DM ，Rewe超市，早餐店，必勝客，KFC， 走約5分鐘左右就是一個小火車站， 去海德堡坐火車30分鐘不到，還算方便，就是一開始過去看到外面矗立着一個大大的水泥廠，有一丟丟小失望

Maritim standard is always good, first room had a smoke smell but they were happy to change. Breakfast is too expensive tough, but the piano bar is a highlight.
