温泉在芬蘭屬於相當大的了，21點結束，一定記得早去，我們20點半才辦的入住，沒能好好泡成。 酒店裡麪跟個公園似的很大很漂亮，門口還一輛60年代的勞

I have no idea why some complains about the customer service, it was nice. The location is not really far from PK area, but there are not many restaurant options nearby. The worst part for me was just that the room is quite bad though the hotel was not really expensive. I have not seen any hotel that does not have a shampoo or body wash... Ofc, no toothbrush, no toothpaste.. No fridge, even no glass for drinking.. 🤔

Hotel jest nowy, a pokoje dobrze zaprojektowane, choć dość małe. Śniadanie było jednak koszmarem – zbyt dużo ludzi i zbyt mało miejsc siedzących, przez co niektórzy musieli jeść na zewnątrz, gdzie ptaki nękały gości. Dodatkowo, pewnym minusem jest brak przechowalni rowerów, przez co musiałem zostawić swój jednoślad na zewnątrz bez opieki. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, wizyta była w porządku, ale prawdopodobnie następnym razem wybiorę inną lokalizację.

Overall really nice and centrally located hotel. Close to the main railway station. All floors have different themes related to Finnish nature (Winter storm, Midsummer, Fairytale forest, Sisu, Tranquility) and the front desk let us choose between a couple of themes. We weren't sure what they were going to be like, but chose Fairytale forest, which was ok. The room was a bit on the small side and with a view to an inner courtyard - however this was to be expected with the room type. The room was really quiet, which was a bonus in the middle of the city! Breakfast was nice, mostly European style with breads etc. Would definitely recommend the hotel for the central location and Finnish style, if you want to experience that.

As always. This hotel is the best hotel in Helsinki definitely. The spa facility is great, the cleaning room service is also always timely and precise. The spa staff was the best person I have ever met. He is a decent guy. I will use this hotel again. The only problem with this hotel would be the restaurant. Don't use it.

Mały pokój, zwłaszcza toaleta, pozwalał na przebywanie w środku tylko jednej osobie. Pokój wyglądał na nowy, ale na boku umywalki i wentylatorze wyciągowym znaleziono pleśń. Łatwo zranić się w nogi i siniaczyć, kiedy wstaniesz z łóżka, ponieważ wokół łóżka były drewniane listwy. Brak półki na bagaż; w związku z tym bagaż można było otworzyć jedynie poprzez umieszczenie go na podłodze. Prywatność w centrum odnowy biologicznej była słaba. Drzwi do szatni dla kobiet mogłyby prowadzić bezpośrednio do centrum odnowy biologicznej, ale między drzwiami do szatni a centrum odnowy biologicznej nie było żadnej osłony. Kiedy zmieniałeś ubranie, każdy w centrum odnowy biologicznej mógł wyraźnie zobaczyć, co robisz w przebieralni. Woda w wannie z hydromasażem nie była wystarczająco gorąca. Kontakt telefoniczny z recepcją był utrudniony, gdyż nikt nie odbierał telefonu.

Palvelu oli ystävällistä. Huone viihtyisä ja edullinen. Oli myös mukava päästä pitkän päivän jälkeen saunaan rentoutumaan. Sijainti oli reissuni tarkoitukseen täydellinen.

房間非常好！兩張大床還準備了小童單人床！還準備了牙刷拖鞋等設備超足！還有soda製作機器，整體非常滿意，市區逛吃也超方便！如果再來還會選擇這個酒店！

Rauhallinen sijainti ,hyvät yhteydet ulkoilu maastoon ja luontoon, Nuuksion kansallispuistoon. Rauhalliset mukavat ja tilavat huoneet .Iso plussa allas-osastosta ja saunasta. Infoa voisi olla esillä hieman enemmän Hotellin palveluista heti saavuttaessa, respa oli hyvin kiireinen ,koska vain yksi henkilö työskenteli siinä vaikka oli ihan vilkas lauantai , teki turhan montaa hommaa , oli baarissa myyjänä plus respassa ja illallisella auttamassa ja kokous tilojakin taisi siivoilla siinä samalla. Opasteet hotellin pihapiirissä jotkut hieman jo uusimista vailla ja Hotelli alueen kartta voisi olla myös ulkona esillä. Lisäksi helpottaisi respan kiirettä jos aulassa olisi esimerkiksi kahvi sekä juoma automaatti. Nyt kahvia esim sai vain rajoitettuun aikaan , tai sitten vastaavasti huoneissa voisi olla vedenkeittimet. Ulkomaalaiset (joita hotellissa oli paljon )esim tottuneet usein juomaan teetä ja vedenkeitin hotelli huoneessa vakio varuste. Aamiainen ihan perus , sillit ja pieni makea jälkiruoka puuttuivat.
